These are the most comfortable briefs I've ever worn. I wore Hanes for decades and then tried these. Perfect stretch and fit. And the style is not designed for male exotic dancers. No shrinkage either.

I bought these after a somewhat frustrating search in which I learned that most men's briefs seem to be missing a fly while being priced astronomically. I guess that's OK if you are a wealthy guy who pees sitting down, but I'm neither rich nor prone to valuing fashion over practicality. I was quite impressed by the price of the product at not much more per pair than the typical department store brands, and also liked the fact that the material is 95% cotton versus all the synthetic and bamboo fibers I'd never hear of. I was also looking for a brief with good support for the family jewels, because I have a chronic inflammation that had been resulting in soreness due to the lack of support provided by the boxer briefs I had been wearing. I received these briefs a few weeks ago and have been wearing them ever since. They've also been through one wash / dry cycle, so I can report in this review that they held their shape, color and fit - looking and feeling like new out of the dryer. As far as comfort and support, these briefs are amazing! They're so comfortable that I've started wearing them to bed versus going commando. At the same time, the briefs hold everything together nicely but without being restrictive. The above-mentioned soreness I had been experiencing has all but disappeared since just a few days after I started wearing them. All in all, these briefs far exceeded my expectations in every way. I will buy them again.

Pros: Wide elastic waist band, keep underwear in its place and is very comfortable & soft. The leg openings have narrow elastic that keeps the underwear in place, no ridding up. The comfort pouch for your stuff is supported and extends in front to the top of the elastic waistband. The fly is easy to use and stays in it's place when wearing the underwear. Cons: the 1-star reduction in this review is the thickness of the entire cotton material. It's almost paper thin. However, it washes well, and they do hold up. Great Tommy Hilfiger knock off for far less money.

Tommy Hilfiger quality went downhill - their underwear are cheaply made now and very expensive - so I thought I'd give these a try. Over the years, I've had Gildan t-shirts and sweatshirts and they were good stuff. What I like about these is that they're a blend of 95% cotton 5% Spandex. The material is thin so jeans slide on easy and they're very comfortable. The waistband is wide, which I like. Unlike all-cotton, they DON'T SHRINK in the dryer. Typically blends of cotton and synthetic fibers are quite durable, so time will tell how well they last.

Great product. I have tried many, many brands of underwear over the years. I really like soft cotton ones. Nowadays, lots of them use bamboo, manmade fibers, all kinds of crazy stuff which does not last a long, are not as comfortable, or they don't fit right. Even some that I bought years ago, such as 2Xist, now are much thinner, don't fit well, as if they completely changed the manufacturing process or something. I have tried many expensive brands, thinking if I paid more, they would be worth the price, but nope, same story. Then I tried these. Fit great. Lots of room. Soft, long lasting. Nice waistband. And last but not least, a great price! I have bought a few packs of them and the quality and fit are consistent. I just bought another pack to "stock up" on them. I am going to do that every so often when I have some extra money because just like flip flops, I am very particular and don't want to be in the situation where they quit making them or they change manufacturers and can't get them anymore.

Can't believe I am writing this review, but here it is. After much frustration over buying the H-brand and F-brand packages of underwear in major department store chains, I began searching for a more suitable option. This product from Gildan is an excellent option for the following reasons: 1) I CAN BUY A COMPLETE PACKAGE OF BLACK. I don't want a couple of gray, or blue, or red, or striped sets of underwear in order to get a few black. Those manufacturers don't offer that. 2) THESE UNDERWEAR DO NOT SHRINK DRAMATICALLY AFTER WASHING AND DRYING. I'm not interested in buying underwear that I cannot dry in the dryer without having them shrink by at least one size over time. Those other manufacturers sell large underwear that start off baggy on me but in a matter of months are uncomfortably tight due to shrinkage from washing and drying. 3) THESE UNDERWEAR HAVE NOT FADED AFTER MULTIPLE WASHINGS. Not a huge deal, but noteworthy. Time will tell if that holds up over the life of the underwear. 4) THESE UNDERWEAR ARE COMFORTABLE WHILE ALSO BEING SUPPORTIVE. Hard to explain but the leg elastic stays snug while not compressing your package in the process. Also, the waistband keeps the underwear in place while remaining comfortable. I am thinking of ordering some additional packs of this product to have on hand in case they redesign or attempt to "upgrade" this item. Honestly, I don't think they could improve on what they have. I hope these continue to be available for years to come. If you are looking for a replacement option for the H-brand and F-brand stuff but don't want to spend a fortune on underwear, you will not be disappointed.

For years now I've worn sloggi briefs, thought I'd try these and save a few pennies. Had them a while and overall very pleased. They're much the same coverage round the bum as sloggi midi briefs with just a bit higher waist band. I like them. Would I buy them again, yes I would. I'm 34/35 inch waist these are Large and fit me fine.
