Super easy to use! Love the little scraper & size of the bottle; it should last a long time. No leakage in delivery. I used a toothpick to puncture a small hole in the foil to control how much I use. It doesn't take much to work, just squirt a little, let it set a few seconds or longer depending on the amount of adhesive - use the little scraper, wipe edge of the scrapper with a paper towel & continue to scrap. When all the adhesive is gone, wipe with a paper towel & wash with warm soapy water, rinse & no more goo. I wipe off the scrapper & attach it to the bottle with a rubber band.

I had this label on a jar, right? Just this smug little sticker with glue so aggressive it probably could’ve held the moon to the Earth. I scraped. I scrubbed. I tried to reason with it. I went full Liam Neeson on this thing. And then—I found Goo Gone. I cracked the bottle open like it was some ancient elixir passed down by my ancestors. I dabbed a little on and BOOM—the sticker surrendered. It just melted off like it was apologizing for wasting my time. I started looking for other things to de-gunk. Price tags? Gone. Tree sap on my car? Gone. My emotional baggage from middle school? STILL THERE—but the sap is gone, baby. If you’ve got sticky residue in your life, Goo Gone is like the therapist, exorcist, and wizard you never knew you needed.

I’ve used this product for years. It’s the best and quickest way to remove stubborn sticky label glue. I recycle spray bottles and like to remove the label so I can label what is actually in the recycled bottle. Use to be able to buy it locally but that store quit carrying this product. And it has a nice smell. I use to use acetone but it was messy, unhealthy and a lot of work.

When i finally figured out that the liquid is best applied with a cloth, it did a good job at removing the sticky goo on my tennis shoe sole. I had accidentally stepped on a rat trap made of cardboard covered with an amazingly sticky layer of adhesive.

So this is one of those parenting moments no one warns you about. My three little ones went through a phase where they loved decorating — and by decorating I mean sticking stickers all over the windows and the glass door. It was cute at first, but fast forward a year… those stickers were practically fused to the glass. I tried everything — soap, vinegar, using a hair dryer, even my nails — nothing worked. Then someone recommended Goo Gone. I ordered it and followed the instructions. I had to go over it a few times, but the residue started loosening up. Now, the scraper it came with honestly didn’t hold up — the blade wore out super fast. But I used other scraper (not plastic) I already had, one I use for my oven that doesn’t scratch — and it worked like magic. The best part? It didn’t leave a single streak, scratch, or sticky trace on the glass. Total lifesaver — my door is spotless again, and I finally won the sticker battle.

This product helped me to remove all of the adhesive from my students desk. When I was finished, the desk look practically brand new, ready for the next class coming in August. I highly recommend this product because it just works!

Package didn't leak so that's a plus. The product works wonders. Working in a school library, this saves me so much time removing the old labels from the electronic devices. It is truly worth every penny.

Photo shows area of window treated on the left / untreated area on the right. Last year we bought insect netting for our PVC windows, which we attached with the Velcro-like strips provided. Unfortunately, the Velcro strips came away but left a VERY difficult-to-remove glue residue, which was either extremely sticky or dried rock-hard. Dirt and dust was getting stuck to it, and the glue would not budge. After much distress and desperate Googling, we came across this Goo Gone product and THANK GOD we did! I was sceptical anything could shift that glue, but this stuff really works! We applied copious amounts to tissue/kitchen roll and 'soaked' the gluey surface for a few minutes before attacking with a special plastic scraper. (There's one provided, but we bought an additional one with replacement blades). Sometimes reapplication was required for the tougher spots, but the difference it made was incredible. It took a lot of patience (working on small sections at a time) but the window frames look almost as good as new - and most importantly, are no longer sticky! The product feels very oily but smells quite nice! We simply wiped off the residue and then wiped again with warm water and detergent to remove any lingering oilyness.

Got this as ran out of jml sticky stuff remover. The goo gone is not bad it removed the sticky residue from my car window off the tax disk holder, and tried using it on thin plastic it seamed to stiffen the plastic and it cracked. Not a issue much But bk to the review so it works had to uses it a couple of times over the glue and use the little scrapper on glass it works great. It smells ok not to powerful smell its a chemical its going to smell abit but not to powerful. Would recommend
