Great phone for cheap. I don't mind the visible scratches on the metal parts, but turns out it's the un-rootable Verizon version a couple month later! Check your IMEI before the return deadline if you ever want to root yours.

Just received Pixel 8 Pro (renewed). It looks terrific, perfect, like new. However, I can't do anything with it because instead of the USB-C to USB-C cable that is listed in the item specifications it came with a USB-C to USB-A. So, I can't make a phone-to-phone wire connection with my Samsung to load the Pixel. I didn't get the adaptor that is listed in the specifications either. Kind of ruins the fun and excitement of a new phone when you can't use it right away. I'll now be running around to buy a cable that should have come with the phone. EDIT: I just changed rating from 1 Star to 4 Stars. As it turns out, after a 1 hr. round-trip to Best Buy and $8 for a USB cable: When it came time after the 8 Pro was charged to get it set up, it automatically connected to my Samsung S20 - - - Wirelessly! Everything transferred from the S20 to the 8 Pro, no hard-wire connection required. This would be a 5++ Star review if the specified cable had been provided in the first place which would have eliminated alarm, confusion and running all over town. The phone itself looks absolutely brand new.

Amazing Refurbished Phone. Below are Amazon's standards for an "Excellent" rated renewed phone. Screen: No scratches Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away. Battery: >80% of original battery life And I must say that the phone received looked brand new and if not for being in a plain cardboard box I would have thought it was. The phone had no cosmetic damages, scratches, dents, or even any oil finger/blemishes what so ever, and I had it held up to my face, so well beyond the "12 inches away" standard it called for. Screen as well as back camera glass were perfect as well. Not sure how to test battery life, but it seems to be great as well I haven't had to charge the phone in about 48hrs and I'm sitting at ~40% so battery doesn't appear to be worn down. Phone was unlocked as advertised and I only just factory reset it upon starting it so I could just go through the initial phone set up which was easy enough. I was nervous purchasing seeing some of the other reviews that mentioned not unlocked, or more cosmetic damages that people were expecting, but I just wanted to write a review to put ease to others that this was not the case for me and phone was a great purchase.

I've never ordered a used phone from Amazon Renewed before but for this particular seller and phone I am highly satisfied. The phone came in exactly as described and not a single mark or scratch on the screen. The phone was unlocked so I was able to easily activate it on my T-Mobile plan. There was a few small scratches on the camera bump on the back but that is to be expected with a used phone. Over all I am highly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a used phone

heed the warnings in the other reviews, I was told by multiple agents for total by verizon that this IMEI for both slots is NOT unlocked. not worth the waste of time and effort! basically pointless!

I messaged the seller before purchasing and they were very responsive. They could fully answer my question about the phone being factory unlocked but they did remind me of their amazing return policy. The phone is truly exactly as advertised and factory unlocked as I needed and the phone is amazing and doing everything I had hoped!! Ao much so I just bought another one!
