I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks. It’s hit or miss whether it works well or not for me. Sometimes I fall asleep and stay asleep all night, other times I can feel it making me sleepy, get to sleep, wake up once and then I’m tossing and turning for the rest of the night which sucks because I don’t get the necessary sleep and recover I need to hit the gym the following morning after a night like that. As far as dreams go I couldn’t really tell you. I’ve been taking a full daily dose since getting this also.

Dosage instructions say "Take ONE or TWO servings 30 minutes before bed". One serving is 4 capsules... that seems like a shit load of supplements to be taking when almost all the ingredients have no recommended daily consumption value established for them. For reference I am 5' 9" and 145 pounds, low bodyfat %. I started by taking a single capsule, and didn't really notice anything at all. After a few nights I tried 2 capsules, and sort of felt a bit more tired than usual but wasn't sure if was placebo. A few nights later I tried 3 capsules, and definitely felt drowsy afterwards, and noticed that my eyes actually felt heavy and wanted to stay closed. A few nights later I tried 4 capsules, and I can say without a doubt this stuff works well and helped me get a solid uninterrupted sleep. Helps my mind stop racing, and I feel much less tense and anxious laying in bed. I plan to continue trying more capsules until the maximum recommended dosage (8 capsules), just to find what works best for me, but 4 capsules had a very distinct effect. I have insomnia, and I'm using these supplements to fall asleep earlier. I highly recommend having 8-9 hours blocked out for sleep (or more if you're particularly sleep deprived), because MAN is it hard to resist going back to sleep in the morning. I have also had negative experiences if I've smoked weed within the last few hours before bed, I assume because the post-high effect seems to keep me a little wound up. I have tried scaling down my dosage if I have less time to sleep, but it's not as effective in lower dosages so probably isn't worth it. Glad I ordered 2 bottles when it was in stock, will definitely be ordering more.

Has a lot of herbs that are supposed to relax you and allow you to sleep. Some folks say the instructions are confusing, they are not. It basically says start off with a small dose to see how you react and work your way up to max dose as and if needed. It didn't work for me but most sleep aids have not as each of us react to medications differently so i won't leave a bad review.

Not the same!!! I have used this product and loved it so much!! The last bottle, feels like a placebo, not even 4 pills seem to do anything, I used to use it once or twice a week, it would make my head feel heavy and my frontal lobe tired, used to sleep like a baby... this last bottle feels like nothing !!! Had to throw it away, what a disappointment

*I have made multiple orders to Gorilla mind on there website and Amazon with no issues prior to this* I ordered a sleep aid as well as Glycerol pre workout. My packaged arrived and it looked like it had been run over by a motorcycle tire, when I opened my package there was pre workout powder all over the inside of the package but the lid was still on. The lid to the pre workout had the tamper proof seal already opened, at this point I was not willing to consume a product that has been tampered with. I looked at the invoice and realized the sleep aid was supposed to be in the same package, but it was completely missing. Long story short Gorilla mind took care of everything! I went directly to there website ( like is should have done in the first place) and ordered $400 worth of supplements, they have a protection package offered that ranges from penny's or in this case $9 that guarantees my package will arrive in proper condition. thank you Gorilla mind for your amazing supplements and taking care of Fedex's mistakes.

This is the best sleep aid I've tried so far. Though I have not tried too many, but I have tried similar products from companies like Redcon1 (Fade out). And thus far, this one gives me the best results. When taking powder versions I find the taste often gritty and I prefer to not have additives for taste. The pill form works better for me. Though the value per dollar of this product is not as great as others, this one is certainly worth the money. And the vivid dreams are a major bonus and for some a major selling point. Just make sure to have some positive thoughts before sleep unless you want some very vivid nightmares!
