I love all my Greenworks 80v tools and this pressure washer solved a recurring problem for me. I have a pavilion with no water and no electricity that I need to clean up for parties. Now I can just bring a few buckets of water and pressure wash the concrete and wood. Plus I can spray down the furniture that I used to cart back to the house to clean. The pressure is fantastic, blasting away all of the dirt, grime, and let's face it, bird poo. I've used it on my SxS too, blasting off the dirt and dust making it look practically brand new. The pressure washer weighs a fair amount, but the built-in wheels allow me to easily move it and set it up where it makes the most sense. Yes, it takes several rounds of battery charging, but since I have multiple batteries this works out OK. The dual battery charger should come with all the tools.

I'm writing this review not because I'm angry at or to trash Greenworks. I have several of their 24v outdoor tools and they work great...The pressure washer, however, has a flawed design. After the one I bought on Amazon broke, Greenworks sent me a replacement; it broke within 5 minutes of using it for the first time. Here's the design flaw: The place where the garden hose connects to the body of the washer is plastic and molded into the body itself. It's not a separate piece that can be replaced. I'm sure that saves some on manufacturing cost, but it makes the hose connector really weak. I used the first washer (the one I bought on Amazon) for a couple of months before it developed a crack where the hose connector joins the washer body, and began leaking. I contacted Greenworks and they sent me a replacement. The first time I used it was to wash my car. Within 5 minutes -- literally -- the place where the hose connects just blew off, leaving a hold in the body of the washer. I contacted Greenworks again. They offered to send me another one! I declined, so then they offered to send me a larger corded pressure washer. I didn't want a corded washer and they wouldn't give me a refund because I had bought the original washer on Amazon. Finally, they agreed to send me a 24v hedge trimmer I had been looking at. As mentioned, I own a number of Greenworks 24v outdoor tools: string trimmer, blower, pole saw and push mower. All have performed well...But the pressure washer simply has a fatal design flaw. After that experience, I did some research and wound up buying a Ryobi 18v brushless pressure washer at Home Depot. All my indoor power tools are Ryobi One+ 18v, so I already had compatible batteries. Unlike the Greenworks model, the place where you connect the garden hose is a separate piece that fastens to the washer body. Much more solid build quality.

I own several Greenworks products, they make high quality products that are well designed. I was instantly impressed when unboxing this item, it has heft and is in no way a "cheap" portable sprayer. An example of the attention to detail, is the rubber O-ring/steel cam lock latch for the battery compartment. It is perfect for washing down the Dirt Bikes and my Jeep. I have no exterior water hose at my house, so this solution, (the seperate included hose/screen basket, enabling bucket use) is perfect. I would purchase this item again.

After buying different tools which require batteries I have been impressed with Greenworks line of products. I have 80v garden tiller, 40v mower, and 40v thatcher. Very satisfied with all. I had been looking at this power washer for sometime before I decided to purchase. I was very satisfied with power and how quiet it is while running and no noise when you don't need it. However, battery life is about 75% as advertised, plus the batteries are so hot we have to put them in freezer for 1/2 hourr to cool them down just to be able to start to accept a charge. You should not even be able to feel a dime size spot on battery or its still to hot. Days of use were low 80's outdoor temperature. My wife wants to keep for small projects for grandkids. bird baths, outdoor furniture. If I need to do a project, I will continue to use my gas power .washer.

I made a horrible mistake buying this pressure-washer. We have many Greenworks tools that use its 40v batteries (of which we have several) and I thought this pressure-washer used the same batteries. I could *swear* that I double-checked that before ordering it... But it DOES NOT use Greenworks 40v batteries! I only found out months later, when I opened the package and its battery would not fit in out existing Greenworks (40v) chargers -- too late to return it :-( :-(. I plan to use this pressure-washer to wash a travel trailer that is stored far from any electrical outlets, so need battery power to last long enough to wash the whole thing in one session. I planned to bring several of our existing 40v batteries with me, but obviously that won't work. The power washer comes with a single 24v (4Ah) battery, which I fear is NOT enough to do the job and I do NOT want to have to buy a whole NEW set of batteries. Why would a company that builds a HUGE line of tools, all on on 40v battery type, create a tool that uses a DIFFERENT battery????? UPDATE: I used it to clean the travel trailer. A "rush job" wash took about 12 gallons of water (which we had to carry to the site) and the 24v battery just *BARELY* lasted long enough. Not nearly enough "safety margin" to suit my tastes -- plus, it was NOT long enough to do a really thorough job. I may have to sell this and get the 40v version, so I can bring extra batteries (that work with all our other Greenworks garden tools)

Wow, this battery operated pressure is outstanding. So far I’ve used it on fences and garage doors and takes the grime right off. The turbo nozzle is best on hard growth and the fence nozzle is perfect for the fences. The two batteries last about an hour and don’t get all that warm. Fortunately, I have a 80v lawn mower from the same company which allows me to interchange the batteries until the pressure washer batteries are charged. I would highly recommend this product.

Works as advertised. Used it in the bush and at the lake. Love it's various methods for being used. Wish I had bought a few years back.
