I recently tried GuruNanda Coconut Oil Pulling as part of my oral hygiene routine. My product combined coconut oil with essential oil peppermint, which created a refreshing experience that left my mouth feeling clean. After using it daily for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a few benefits. I’ve noticed a subtle whitening effect on my teeth, with less buildup from coffee and food. Improved gum health with less irritation or discomfort than before. Of course, the texture is oily, but it’s easy to swish around and doesn’t feel heavy in the mouth. The recommended 10 minutes of swishing can be a bit challenging, but the instructions calls for 2 minutes to behinnersnworking yourself up to the 10 minutes as time goes with using the product. One thing to keep in mind is that while this product is to not get on your clothing because it will stain being as though it is oil. Also, it is not a miracle worker for deeper stains, but helps remove external stains on your teeth. Overall, it's a natural, refreshing option for anyone looking to enhance their oral hygiene routine. I’m definitely sticking with it for the long run!

I have never written a review on a product. But this stuff is liquid gold. I have a broken wisdom tooth that has been causing me excruciating pain. I’ve been literally living on Advil. No infection thank goodness! I bought this pulling oil after doing some research and have been lightly swishing for 10 minutes at a time for 6 days straight. Wow… I cannot believe the difference! My tooth pain is all but gone (still getting it out next week) and my teeth feel different. Good different!! They feel super clean, less sensitive and look so white!! I cannot recommend this stuff enough. One of the best purchases I’ve made in a long while. I will use this pulling oil for the rest of my life!

As someone who’s all about essential oils and natural remedies, I was pumped to try Guru Nanda Oil Pulling Rinse. I’ve heard all the buzz about oil pulling, and I was ready to see if it could live up to the hype. What I Liked: Fresh Mouth Vibes: After using it, my mouth feels so fresh, like I’ve just had a professional teeth cleaning. Seriously, I’m tempted to tell people I just got a dental appointment. The breath-freshening effect lasts too, so no complaints there. Natural Goodness: I love the use of essential oils here. It feels much better than using those harsh, chemical-filled mouthwashes that make your mouth feel like a science experiment. What Could Be Better: Thick as Cough Syrup: This rinse is thick. I mean thick. I’m talking “you could almost pour it on pancakes” thick. The instructions say to swish for 10 minutes, but after two minutes, I’m just staring at the clock wondering how much longer my jaw can take. I’m working on building up to the full 10-minute routine (you know, baby steps), but for now, I’m more of a 2-3 minute person with this stuff. If you’re someone who can handle thick textures and has jaw endurance, though, more power to you! Watch Out for Stains: They tell you to brush your teeth immediately after using this to avoid stains. I get it. But now I’m paranoid about accidentally spilling it on my favorite white shirt. I’ve avoided wearing anything remotely "not dark" since starting this. It’s like an adult version of "don’t spill the juice." Cost = Expensive Mouthwash: If you use the recommended 10-15ml daily, this bottle’s going to disappear faster than my kids’ candy on Halloween. I’m already thinking I’ll barely get a month’s use out of it, which kind of stings when I’m adding it up. This could definitely be an expensive habit if you follow the instructions to a T. Final Thoughts: While I’m not sure I’ll ever get the full 10-minute swish down (unless I start training for jaw endurance), this product does leave my mouth feeling fantastic. It’s a great freshen-upper for a quick oral cleanse, but the thickness and the cost might make it something I use sparingly rather than daily. If you're someone who loves natural remedies, doesn’t mind the occasional expense, and is willing to work your way up to the full 10 minutes, I think you'll love this! For me, though, I’ll probably stick to regular mouthwash most of the time. Still, it’s a solid product if you’ve got the patience and the budget!
