The ladder is perfect, easy to put together and light to carry around. I have a real problem with companies that give you an email to “input your account number and name” for warranty, then when sent the email “server does not accept this email”. Also , no phone number, so I went to Amazon, got the phone number to call it in and, no answer at 11am on a Friday

We have had a nice heavy duty 2 step stepladder for several years. It is very sturdy and stable, with very nice wide and deep steps, but is pretty heavy. It was too heavy for our grandchildren to move and use. So, I purchased this stepladder, specifically so the grandkids could easily and readily climb on and off our bed, which is higher than most. It is light enough for the kids to move and I think even set up, but also plenty sturdy for me and my wife to use around the house when a light duty stepladder suffices. It is nice and small when folded, so I purchased a second one of these to keep and use downstairs. The heavy duty one I keep in the garage available for use when I need a sturdier stepladder. I am very happy with my purchase of two of these stepladders, and can recommend these when a light, convenient stepladder suffices.

Received the stool in about a week. No blame to the product owner but the box was damaged and there was a screw missing. Luckily I work lots of men and they were able to track down a matching screw and I was able to get my stool handle put on securely. All in all, seems to be a nice looking, sturdy, step stool for a great price.

Well worth the price. Only the handle bar needs to be attached. Easy. Tools included. Very sturdy.

I wanted a smaller step ladder to keep on the first floor of my house. I have a similar one I bought a few years ago but keep it on the second floor. I finally got "smart" and got another one for the first floor instead of carrying the one up and down the steps. It will come in very handy. I don't think I realized how much I would use a smaller ladder like this. It is very sturdy and folds nice for storage.

Great 2-step ladder. This new type of locking mechanism is well-made and easy to use. A very clean, practical product for small jobs around the house.

The step ladder was delivered on time and is a very sturdy one. I love that there is a handle making it easier to carry. It will be perfect for me as a senior for reaching into cabinets.

This ladder is a great utility ladder to reach things around the house when you don't want/need to pull out a large full step ladder. It stores fairly flat so it can slide away to be stored. It is also made with quality materials and has some weight to it. Easy to assemble out of the package.

Great, folding small step ladder. It will support 225 lbs. However, I weigh 205 lbs, yet I managed to damage the stool by simple use. It has a locking mechanism, when erected, that is a metal hook over a metal bar that is part of the top step platform. It should always pass over that bar. That bar buckled slightly with my two days of use. Once slightly bent, the locking mechanism could pass under that support bar, making risk of collapse more probable. I bent the bar back from its deformed state, slightly. I was worried about pushing in the opposite directions to the spot welds holding the bar to the frame. It works. However, I have had to add a note warning users to visually inspect the lock and ensure it passes over the support bar. With that safety check, it should still be okay to use. I have had other, more substantial step stools that are less likely to collapse. Perhaps, they are rated for more weight. R. LASBY
