As far as office/task chairs go, this is great. Obviously won't be as comfortable as an executive/manager chair but those are much more expensive + the faux leather will peel and wear easily. Not good for something you are buying yourself for the home, would be OK if it's in a company office. Definitely get the advanced synchrotilt + two-way adjustable arms, it's more dynamic and customizable. Build quality seems good, the seat itself is pretty firm for a foam seat but I prefer that. Seat cloth almost feels canvassy, slightly rough. Buy used like new if you can

Highly adjustable, well made, heavy-duty executive chair with fast 15-minute assembly. Has excellent range of height for vertically challenged staff to big folk - including 5'1" to tall to military build 6'5". Very comfortable, ergonomic support for ultra-long work days. Well worth the extra investment.

Instructions only graphics, so leave out some information: 1. Need to use a hammer to slam the wheel posts completely into the base. I slipped them all in, then used hammer on top of the leg to whack the posts in. 2. The large knob under the seat adjusts the resistance of the chair back -- but the only marks are a "+" and "-" that can only be seen when when chair is upside down. Would be so much more helpful if that was marked on the side of the large knob. It is very difficult to turn at first, but keep turning it. Otherwise the seat and back are very comfortable and I like the mesh back for ventilation. Arm rests are very adjustable forward and back as well as height.

I sold mine on Craigslist for $100. Happy to not have to look at it anymore - a reminder of how much money I wasted on it. I tried to like it. I gave it every chance. I made excuses for this thing like I was in an abusive relationship. And in many ways, I was. For 3 months I was telling myself I can simply get used to it, that it wasn't so bad, and that I was happy and thriving. Today, with a months-long sore back, I finally admitted that it's trash and bought a new one. The seller has refused a refund because I wasted too much time being in denial about it. I think they call it the "Ignition" because it makes you want to burn it. Review: I am 6'0", 185 lbs, 33 years old and have never had back problems This chair is sturdy and made with solid materials and it looks nice. I have no doubt it will last many many years of daily use. *Unfortunately* it's tragically uncomfortable to sit in, rendering it essentially worthless. -The recline tensioner is too stiff to lean back in it easily, even at the lowest setting -The lumbar support actually *hurts* your back by jutting into it. I removed it entirely which helped a little but now there's no lumbar support -The seatbottom is not long enough and falls several inches short of my knees even when I sit all the way at the back of the chair. I would like my entire thigh to have something under it and this chair just doesn't offer that. I know this sounds like a petty complaint but it really is obscene sitting on this. It's like a jump seat on an aircraft. It's enough to support you, but only your butt, not your legs. -On top of that, the seat is a little slippery, so you're always sliding ever FARTHER down the seat, especially when you exert the MONUMENTAL force needed to lean back in this chair -The backrest stops well below the shoulders. I knew this chair didn't have a headrest but I expected to at least be able to lean back and have my neck rest on something. Nope. You can't relax in this thing. It's the type of chair an office building would buy to make sure its workers don't enjoy even one second of being at work. Can't have employees being comfortable or they might doze off! A little bit of pain keeps you alert after all! There are much better office chairs out there for this price. Skip this one.

After much research, I gave my wife one of these chairs in 2022. And this past Christmas, I told her that I'd like one. It still got good reviews, and I liked hers. BUT either the chair styling and construction have changed (invisibly) or I got a bad chair. The seat cushion feels lumpy and even hurts to sit on for any length of time, the seat or chair seems to lean to the right, and I can't adjust the back so it's comfortable; the knobs don't work very well. What's good about it: It rolls. It doesn't swear at me in response to my swearing at it. It doesn't smell. I used it for nearly a month, trying to break it in a bit. But then I was about to give up and return it. I started that process, but it seemed so onerous. Repackaging it in the (saved) box, trying to carry the weighty thing to the car and to UPS. I goofed by not doing that. Instead, I bought a cushion for the seat with hope it would help. I may as well put a towel across the seat and told myself to imagine it was 100% better. Even with the added cushion, my butt hurts when I stand up, and I have to check to make sure I'm not leaning to the right after I stand up. It would be wonderful if Amazon would come to my house, box it up and put it in their truck. I wouldn't get a replacement of the same chair. I'd worry that it might also have invisible poor construction or construction damage. At some point, I might roll it to the street and let some sucker passing by take it away. I don't have the heart to sell it. But I don't think I'd put a sign on the chair for the passerby: "Warning. Sitting on a pile of rocks would be more comfortable than this chair."

This was probably the worst install experience I’ve ever had with a chair. Typically, installing the wheels are the finishing touch and satisfying ending to the chair install but this was not the case. Not only did the wheels did forever to get pushed in, all of the wheels Fitment was not perfect. Every single one of these wheels are off by .mm from one another . Other cheap chairs I have used in the past just push click done, this one I had to use full force/nudging/twisting everything I’m so disappointed considering this was over $7xx dollars.
