I'm so glad I switched to tofu litter. I was initially using World's Best Litter, but the tracking would be way too bad and the smell would get so bad even when I scoop three times a day. This tofu litter has a pleasant smell, clumps easily, and even masks the smell of my cats' poops.

LOVE this cat liter. It is literally the best thing i’ve ever gotten for my cats and I am sad that I was spending so much money on crystal liter before finding out about this. It is a bit pricey, but in my opinion it is completely worth it as there is no dust (a HUGEEEE problem with the crystal liter I was previously using), no tracking, and hardly any odor when paired with a stainless steel liter box. No liter box is going to smell like daisies and roses, but this liter does the best job at covering the scent of their waste. I have two cats and one of which has urine stones and while I was using the crystal liter I noticed that it was causing more stones for him, which led to him holding his pee and not using the liter box as often. After switching to this, I’ve noticed so much of a difference in his bathroom habits and it’s also really easy to spot any blood that may be in his urine. I love that you can flush it down the toilet as it also makes my life and nostrils so much easier when I am scooping the liter box. My liter box is in my closet currently because I live in a small apartment and I was noticing that dust would become built up on my shoes and other things on the ground in my closet, which can’t be good to breathe in for me OR my cats. Now, there is no dust and everything feels so much cleaner. So many good things to say about this liter, give it a try I promise you’ll never go back to regular liter!

First of all this product contains bentonite which isn't exactly recommended to flush like EVER. Bentonite is what you will find in other clumping litter types. Bentonite discouraged and can lead to significant plumbing problems. Here's why: * Bentonite clay expands significantly when it gets wet. This is the very property that makes it effective at clumping and absorbing moisture in cat litter. * This expansion can cause severe clogs in your pipes. The clay will swell and stick to the inside of the plumbing, potentially blocking the flow of water and waste. * It can damage your plumbing system. Over time, repeated flushing of bentonite litter can lead to costly repairs and even the need to replace pipes. * It can negatively impact septic systems. If you have a septic system, the clay can accumulate in the tank and drain field, potentially causing it to fail. * It can burden municipal wastewater treatment systems. While less likely to cause immediate blockages in main sewer lines, the increased volume of solid material can still add to the workload of treatment plants. In summary, flushing bentonite cat litter is not worth the risk of damaging your plumbing system. Always dispose of it in the trash. Aside from that, this litter does a good job of masking cat urine. Not so good at masking poop

Super convenient and economical filler. It doesn't dust at all. It clumps instantly and densely only in the place where the cat descended and does not spread along the bottom. It doesn't spread around the apartment much, maybe one or two things. Very economical. Recommend.

I’ve always used tofu litter. I started with Catit but between the pink paw prints on my floors and it always being on back order-I switched to Petkit. Petkit was perfect except for the price. I decided to try this brand which is almost 50% cheaper and after 1 month of use I have continually noticed that it does not clump well. Every time I sift through urine, small chunks break off and inevitably shorten the life of the entire box contents. It’s frustrating because I never feel like it’s actually “clean” and my Ragdoll agrees as she’s been going #2 just outside of the box. So, although cheaper - you’ll need to refresh the entire box in 1/2 the usual time so it’s really not saving you any $.

Super easy to scoop, clumps well, keeps odor at bay, low on dust, and my cats use it with no problem! It doesn’t track too badly - although I do have litter mats around both litter boxes. It never gets stuck between their toe pads. It clumps super quickly and firmly. Overall, I am impressed with it. It does everything it’s supposed to, and it doesn’t break the bank.

Where has this litter been? I did a lot of research and also bought the xl metal litter box and metal scooper. Life just got so much easier.

#1 - If you are buying this litter b/c it claims to clump. IT WON'T... entirely. Only 30% clumps, see #3 below. #2 - If you are buying this litter b/c it claims to work with auto-scooping boxes. IT DOESN'T. At least not with our PetSafe auto-scooping box, which is one of the most basic kind. #3 - If you're buying this litter b/c it claims to be eco. IT'S NOT. Only 70% is plant-based. The other 30% is Bentonite (regular clay litter). And hey! Go figure. That's the part that clumps. So, 30% clumping. Any cat owner knows that's not enough. #4 - If you are buying this b/c it claims to smell like petrichor. HA! First, that's one of the hardest scents to replicate, and this isn't even close. Like Not. Even. Close. At. All. Like seriously. There is no scent. Nothing. Certainly not petrichor. I'm mad at myself. This brand is clearly reaching and I fell for it. It claimed to do all the things and even added the "petrichor" allure for us dorks who know what that is. What a joke. If you're looking for an eco litter that works with your auto-scooper, this is not it. Don't let all the pizzaz fool you. THIS IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM.

Granuals were too large to sift through scooper. The depth went from approximately 3 inches down to an inch in a few days. The cats wouldn't even use it. I threw it all out on the third day.

No smell and low dust which is good but HORRIBLE clumping and tracking, combine those two and you get pee crumbs everywhere in your place and the litter box becomes hectic to clean every time. Definitely do not recommend.
