Nice computer. So far it's working well. For the price I say it's worth it.

Laptop was advertised and was supposed to come with a Ghostmanta 64GB SD card, instead I received this in the box with my laptop.

I've had this POS for a little over a year, and I would NEVER recommend it. It's total crap. Battery sucks @$$, insensitive touch pad, just overall sub, sub part product. And don't get me started on Microsoft 365 and the BS you have to go thru to use the product. The only way I will like this plastic turd box is when I take it outside and Office Space it...

I was in a pinch that required a windows machine, so I bought this one on Amazon. This one was a good price and to be fair I was concentrating on getting a laptop that had at least 12gb of RAM. I was not too concerned with the hard drive size because of the fact that this machine had not 12gb but 18gb of RAM. I figured a machine with that much RAM probably had sub least 320gb hard drive. I was wrong. It had only 64gb hard drive which I soon found out. What a waste of time. I’m sending this thing back. Who builds a machine with 64gb of RAM these days? Very disappointed.

This doesn’t have 128g storage it has 64 and they send you a sd card with another 64 . Who makes laptops with 64g anymore !! Windows eats up almost all of that .

Mine died after just three months and it's not covered anymore by the seller or by HP because the seller added ram to the device.
