I'm impressed! The HP 2023 Latest Premium Laptop is a powerful and stylish machine that's perfect for work, entertainment, or both. Here's what makes it stand out: Speedy Performance: The 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor paired with 16GB of RAM delivers smooth performance for everyday tasks and even demanding applications. No more waiting for programs to load or lag during multitasking! Crystal Clear Display: The large 17.3" HD+ touchscreen display is perfect for watching videos, browsing the web, or editing photos. The touchscreen functionality adds a layer of convenience and control, making navigation a breeze. Ample Storage: With a whopping 1TB solid-state drive (SSD), you'll have plenty of space for storing all your files, programs, and photos. Plus, the SSD ensures fast boot times and quick application loading. Built for Convenience: The backlit keyboard allows for comfortable typing even in low-light conditions. The inclusion of a fingerprint reader provides a secure and convenient way to log in to your laptop. Overall, the HP 2023 Latest Premium Laptop is a fantastic all-rounder. It offers exceptional performance, a gorgeous display, and plenty of storage, all wrapped in a stylish package. Whether you're a student, professional, or casual user, this laptop is sure to impress. Here are some additional points to consider that could be considered negative. Resolution: While the HD+ display offers good clarity, some users might prefer a Full HD (1080p) or even higher resolution display for even sharper visuals. Weight: The 17.3" size and powerful components make this laptop a bit on the heavier side (around 4.6 lbs). If portability is a major concern, you might want to consider a smaller or lighter laptop.

So far I love it due to the memory and speed. I don't really use the touch screen but I suppose it's better to have it than not should the need arise. Great brand, great look and very light at a great price.

Bought for work at home which includes heavy virtual machine work but not gaming or image processing. I chose the 32 GB RAM / 1 TB SSD configuration and am very happy with it. There’s no excess fan activity as others have reported with the 64 GB RAM / 2 TB upgrade, and I had no problem registering with HP Support and purchasing a 2 year extended warranty. Love the touch screen, the keyboard, and the overall performance. The touchpad is a little sensitive but has produced stray inputs only once in a whole day of use. The fingerprint reader works very well. I’ve never had to attempt more than twice, and it usually works the first time.

It's not as heavy as some say in my opinion. It's much lighter than my old HP Envy 360 17". The touch screen is super responsive but I do dislike how the screen is not the best for viewing as it depends on the angle you're facing it (the lighting and visibility changes). Otherwise good battery, it's quick, and easy to use!

Shifty swap-outs. I got this laptop and a 4 year Asurion protection plan through Amazon, but later learned it really comes from a 3rd party seller, PConline US (440 Terry Ave N, WA 98109 is the address listed in my bill). I used the laptop for two weeks. All that time, the fan would try to come on and then turn off after two seconds, over and over again. The laptop got very hot. Many, many phone calls later (calls to Amazon, emails to PCOnline, calls to Asurion Protection Plan) I was told by Asurion to speak to the manufacturer, HP, since the product should still be under the manufacturer warranty. When I called HP, they said that 3rd party vendors swap out parts to "beef up" machines. For example, this laptop was advertised on Amazon as 64 GB RAM and 2 TB memory. HP said that model is only suppposed to have 4 GB RAM and 512 GB STORAGE MEMORY. HP says that this is a known issue, and that when sellers like this make these upgrades the new parts are not 100% compatible with other parts--like the fan. This business practice then VOIDS the manufacturer's warranty--which neither Amazon nor PConline mentioned. Luckily, I can still send this back to Amazon, which promises a refund. I think PConline should be more up front that their systems, though advertised as "new", are not new from the manufacturer. They are Frankenstein laptops refitted with additional parts and are therefore warranty-void.
