This printer is a winner! It replaces a similar 8-year-old HP LaserJet printer. This new model does everything faster, easier, and with better print quality. Not sure how we could get a better performing laser printer for $200? InkJet printers can't even come close. Set up was a snap -- truly plug & play. The touch screen interface is easy to read and use. The screen menus are intuitive and simple to access. This printer is a bit faster and quieter than my older one. The design is attractive and nicely updated. After-market toner cartridges work great and produce the same fine print quality at a fraction of the price of HP supplies. I have found nothing lacking on this printer or a feature that did not perform to my satisfaction. This is literally the perfect multifunction printer for the home office or small business. Check one out for yourself.

This printer is very user friendly. It connects quickly to the WiFi (even my slow satellite wifi) and stays connected. It runs smoothly and quickly and hasn't jammed up once. I also like that it has built in security.

On Windows, getting printing working was a breeze. Scanning however, an exercise in frustration both for installation and usage. Whoever wrote that scanning software needs to go back for some serious user experience training. After multiple attempts from about 5 different directions I finally got everything installed. And I'm in the software business. Ten when it comes time to using the scanner the experience is very unfriendly and lacking in common sense assumptions. Whoever wrote that should look at the scan utility from Epson MX series to see how scanning is actually supposed to work.

Needed a laser jet printer for work at home. Set up very easily. Use for printing and scanning and works perfectly with WiFi. Great print quality and fairly quick.

This printer is a perfect combination of features, price, size, looks, durability, Interface. I'd buy the same thing again.

Bought in November, didn't install it until March. Never got the pc to recognize the printer. Tried UBS, Wireless connectivity. Followed HP instructions completely. Finally turned off both pc and printer and gave up for the night. Next morning turn on the pc and printer. Printer immediately threw C9C6006 error, a sort of miscellaneous error. Nothing on HP's web site is useful. Only 'solutions' are (1) turn printer off, wait 30 seconds, turn on again. (2) unplug printer, hold down power button for 15 seconds to drain system, turn back on. (3) Check positioning of toner cartridge and paper tray. Now my Amazon return window has passed and I dred calling HP's "support" line. Saddest thing is, for 40 years I've been very pleased with HP's products. I've owned at least a dozen of their printers and mostly worked at places that use only HP printers. PS. This might be the first 1-star rating I've ever given on Amazon.

Good all-in-one printer. Easy setup. Good printing quality, clear, sharp and fine. The wireless printing function is convenient for printing from multiple devices in same house/family/office without the need of a printing cable. When replacing toners be careful that the printer uses toner cartridge with chips which can detect the toner cartridge type and may reject some none HP compatible cartridges.
