I'll start by saying I've been buying from Amazon for over a decade and have spent thousands of dollars over the years. I also have a small computer business on the side, so this is in no way user error. I bought one of these printers and it won't properly align or print in color. When I went to return it I was offered a replacement. The replacement came and it has the exact same problems. So I've wasted time setting up 2 printers that don't work. HP is very interested in collecting data and selling you ink, by the way. Setup is an unbelievable time suck because of it. Now that I'm trying to return it, I'm being told that I can't get normal refund, that I have to wait 30 - 37 days to get a refund. So I called customer service and they refuse do a normal return and credit my account when the printer is dropped off at the UPS store. Don't waste your time of money on this printer and maybe its time to give some other online retailer a shot.

I'll give it two stars because when it prints, it prints well. However, I've had "the indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer" 90% of the time I've owned it since January 2025. I've put up with it, but will see if returning it is covered by A-Z (not likely). Common to all HPs I've owned, I'm also constantly reconnecting, downloading, and installing the scan software. Sucks. This is the last HP I own. Especially, now that generic cartridges won't even work. Time for a laserjet.
