Refurbished where? This printer exceeded all my expectations! Not to mention that it’s so cute. I definitely got a bang for my buck— it’s worth every single cent. The packaging was so perfect that I honestly thought it was brand new. The printer works flawlessly and the color is just an added bonus. Extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommended to someone looking for a refurbished printer.

Nice refurb unit. I can't see where it might have been used at all. Packed well, easy to setup (thanks to HP's awesome automated processes) and it comes with a free trial of their ink and paper service. I've been using that for years and it's well worth the money. The printing is fast, and very accurate. It looks great in my home office.
Not worth it this stuff does not work don’t waste your money. You need several coats of this to cover up just 4x4 counter top. Still see old counter through it even after sanding the old counter before painting it. I am SO happy with this printer; I bought it certified refurbished, and it is in GREAT shape! It works perfectly, looks sleek and professional, is super quiet, and prints amazing quality copies. The ink was so easy to install, and the software works wonderfully, even with my old and struggling WiFi connection! It is definetly worth the price!!

Product functions properly, looks like new, has manufacturer warranty. Printer is a little bulky, but being an officejet, holds more paper than an envy. The printer does not make tone sounds, like when done printing a document. Don't know if this is normal, or a malfunction. The envy that I replaced with this printer made tonal sounds. There is a setting to enable sounds, but nothing is heard. The only other complaint I would note is the 1yr warranty included by H.P. It seems to me that the warranty begins when the printer is refurbished. I purhcased mine in November, and the warranty had 10mos and change left. I would have thought that it started when I bought it. All in all, happy with the purchase.

I bought 6 different printers before this one and sent them all back because I could not get them to connect to wifi or my phone. I sold my original printer as it was too big and I only use it to print shipping labels and a few other random things. I don't use it a whole lot. I wanted something smaller, so I tried all the compact, travel size ones and could not get them to print from email - totally annoying. Tried a couple of other smaller ones, and could not get them to connect to my wifi, even with a new wifi extender. I almost gave up ... then came across this one. Yes, its refurbished, but I said what the heck for the price. Its not like I can't send it back. I am annoyed that it literally has a $20.00 off coupon one day after I received it though. Hate that... Anyway - I was hestitant to try and set it up last night, as all the others frustrated me....but I did anyway and it was connected to wifi, up and running in less than 20 minutes - SHOCKED ME! I even printed a label from my email just to make sure I wasnt delusional! I love the pop of color as it adds a little something to my room! I'd def recommend this. Now, unless something changes - its a keeper!

There are setup ink cartridges that come with this printer. Until setup is complete, only these cartridges can be used. Well, the clip on the setup K cartridge was damaged so that it would not clip in place. Any other HP 910 K ink cartridge was not accepted (I tried two). I managed after many tries to get it to stay in place long enough to complete the setup. This is a malicious tactic on HP's part and should not be allowed. HP's purpose in doing this is to push HP+ and ink subscription on you with the marketing strategy of so-called "free ink" for so many months. Once HP's ink subscription offer is accepted, the firmware is modified permanently and irrevocably so that only HP ink can be used. After doing the setup with HP Smart, the driver software must be installed to get the scan to work. There are a couple of gotcha's in the installation. First, it hangs with a blank screen. One must choose to install the basic drivers only on the previous page. This is a link in the text. Then one is asked what the printer password is. Choose Cancel. And one is asked all over again if one wants the ink subscription. I always answer "no", "skip", "decline", or "do not enable" to all the questions.
