However, after three months of use, it unexpectedly stopped working despite being well cared for and never dropped or damaged. Fortunately, the seller’s customer service was excellent. They responded promptly, and I received a replacement within 2-3 days. While the initial issue was disappointing, the quick and efficient resolution made up for it. Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and service.

Worked well 6 times, but then just stopped working at all without ever being dropped or damage. Did all possible trouble-shooting. Found out 1 day after the 30 day window to return or replace it. Highly recommend not buying it. Not reliable!

This works great, has amazing air volume, adjustable heat settings and it's lightweight. My one and only complaint is that the cord is too short. I really wish it had another foot in length! If it did it'd be perfect

I have recently been exploring my natural hair type and how to better care for it and this has been on the top of my list of items to get!! The magnets that hold the detachable heads are are very strong. The air flow is great. It it's any larger than the blow dryer I have now. It is the best price point for me. I was disappointed with this little hairdryer. I have long naturally curly hair. I normally blow dry my hair and brush it afterwards, but this hair dryer made my hair one giant knot and it was dry and frizzy. I did not return the hairdryer just because my son loves it he has short hair and it works great for him. That did not work well for me. And the little magnetic attachments fall off very easily. I had tried using the diffuser several times and just got frustrated because it kept falling off.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL: unfortunately this has been poorly translated and not all of it makes sense. For example: "Coke smell appears in normal use" or "the fever is red". See photos for details. I was also surprised to find a table for "Name and content of hazardous substances in the product" where 3 components of the hair dryer are listed as "content of the substance exceed the limit specified in GB/T 26572" in this case for LEAD! I have searched online to figure out what this means for my health, but I can't seem to find anything conclusive. Some comments state that they disclose it to avoid legal risks, but it makes me a bit concerned. THE EXPERIENCE: it is light weight, looks nice and the materials look of decent quality. Switching the nozzles is easy, as these use magnets. Fairly quiet when in operation and it does have a good air flow. Changing the speed and air temperature is easily done with the push of a button and there are many options between cool, warm, hot and alternating temperatures. The instruction manual describes a cleaning mode, but I wasn't able to access it. Here is where I remove stars: the air intake is at the bottom of the handle, so when in use you can block part of it with your hand (see photo), which is uncomfortable and affects the air flow. If you move your hand up the handle you can easily mess with the temperature button or the speed (see photo). I kept accidentally pressing them and so while using the hair dryer it would randomly go from cool to warm to high speed, etc., especially when I tried to adjust the direction I was blowing my hair. Any adjusting of my grip to the handle kept messing the setting I started with, and this can be frustrating. In summary it works. It does dry your hair, but the handle design with the position of the buttons and air intake can make it's use challenging. The lead content information is confusing and concerning. I will provide an update once I have more experience with it.

The dryer seems good but it interferes badly with the LED lights in all our bathrooms. Does anyone else experience this or is this unit defective? It is virtually unusable like this. One of our bathrooms have incandescent bulbs, its not quite as bad but still unacceptable.

When I first saw the High speed Brushless motor Professional Plasma Ionic blow dryer for fast drying I didn't think it would be as good as mine. How could such a small unit be effective? But I was pleasantly surprised. This hair dryer is lightweight but carries a punch. I love that it has multiple speeds and multiple temperatures so you don't need to worry about burning your scalp. When I've used it, I've had more controlled hair with less frizz. it is also quieter than my existing one. It's not often you find product that is smaller, quieter and more effective.

Got this for my 13 year old daughter, who has long hair and uses it frequently. My wife has a Dyson, which this appears to be a copy of except for the colour. My review is a comparison to that. Weight & looks, it's similar to the Dyson. The two attachments also connect via magnet. The magnet is strong, as strong as the Dyson. It will fall off if knocked, but so does the one on the Dyson. When you pull it off, you can feel the strength of the magnet holding it in place. As far as functionality, it works the same as the Dyson, with both speed & heat settings. Where I noticed it's different from the Dyson is the plug. Unlike the Dyson, the plug has a built in GFCI breaker. The Dyson has a big power block (??) on the cord, where this one does not. If you're looking for not quite a Dyson at a significantly lower price point, and aren't bothered by the lack of CSA certification, this is a great option. If you're looking for a Dyson at 1/5th of the Dyson price, admittedly I don't think you'll find that. I deducted a star because of the lack of CSA rating. Otherwise my daughter is very pleased with the results she's gotten from using this. I will note I don't see any Canadian, US or European safety rating on this hair dryer. As such, I wouldn't leave this plugged in when not in use just in case there is an issue.
