This steam cleaner is convenient for cleaning stubborn dirt as an alternative for scrubbing.. Its compact design makes it easy to maneuver, and the steam does a great job of sanitizing surfaces without the need for harsh chemicals. I like that it comes with so many nozzles and attachments. However, the water tank could be larger for extended cleaning sessions; I had to refill it often when I was doing a marathon cleaning sesh.

Excellent strong steamer! It takes a bit of getting used to but once you practice it works wonderful! There is not an automatic on and off switch. Once you power it on it takes a few seconds for it to charge up and start pumping out steam so be patient and be ready! When you turn it off it also takes a few seconds to wind down so you need to be prepared for that slow transition of on and off. The steam output is also a roller coaster. It puts off really strong steam, lowers the intensity a little, and then waves back up to strong no matter what level setting you have it on. I personally like that so I have a few seconds to wipe the area with a cloth and then get back to cleaning. Once you have the hang of all that you can move and clean pretty quickly. The tank holds a decent amount of water and I don't have to refill often unless I'm cleaning a large surface. I can clean an entire bath and tile surround on one tank or less. The attachments are nice but I find I'm primarily only using the straight nozzle for concentrated steam. Even with a full tank the unit doesn't weigh that much. It's easy to maneuver. Super nice steamer and I use it often!

I would give the Handheld Steam Cleaner a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The 1200ml tank is a nice feature, and it definitely has the power to clean floors, cars, upholstery, and grout. However, I found it a bit tricky to dial in the right steam pressure, which made it difficult to use effectively at times. Instead of a consistent steam flow, it tends to spray water droplets, which can be a little frustrating, especially when you're trying to clean more delicate surfaces. While it does get the job done, the issues with control and consistency keep it from being perfect. It’s good for heavy-duty cleaning but not the most user-friendly option. The whole thing feels a little cheap/flimsy, so I'm not sure how long it will last.

It makes steam but I feel like I am waiting around for minutes between when it makes steam and when it runs out of steam. I'm not sure if the steam setting knob actually does anything since no matter what setting I have it on the same amount of steam seems to come out. The hose came wound up and seems to have kept that form and doesn't really want to straighten out for me, I'm hoping that it will the more I use it. There is a lot of water that gets sprayed out with the steam so I often have to clean up water after using it. This steamer seems a little overpriced for what you're getting and I have smaller cheaper steamers that do a better job.

The older I get, the more I start to get excited about getting things really clean--it's like a "reset" for places and items you use frequently. I have also become hyper-aware of what I touch and how gross surfaces can be having lived through the recent Germ-pocalypses. Finally, we have ceramic "wood" floors, so this is a great way to POWER CLEAN the grout. This steam cleaner is very easy to use. The handle is "handy" to lug the lunch-box sized unit around, and the wand has a grip with extension tip and various cleaning attachments, such as a squeegee. This is absolutely fantastic for cleaning and sanitizing areas around your kitchen and bathroom--such as the gunky nastiness that collects around the rubber or caulk seals. But there's the added benefit of cleaning things like car rims, or a chemical-free way to clean windows (this is beneficial to me for window painting, steam cleaning prevents any adverse chemical residue remaining on the windows). There's an old adage about "when you have a hammer, everything becomes a nail," and once you have this steamer, you'll want to clean everything you can think of.

I was super excited to receive this little unit, and it did not disappoint! It does an amazing job cleaning, and the amount of grime it lifts is almost unbelievable. It’s lightweight, good pressure, easy to use, and really gets into those hard-to-reach spots.
