First, when purchasing a handmade item, expect to pay a little more. Obviously, that is the case here, but they also offer a coupon so that is nice. I appreciate the effort and time that it takes to make a handmade candle, as I make them for my family as gifts sometimes. I am sensitive to smells, but love candles and I went by the description and reviews to try and select one that would not give me a migraine. Or so I hoped anyway. I got the “Trust the Universe” and it is pretty and well made and I have no idea why reviews fuss about the lid, mine pops right off with ease. Maybe the packaging has changed since those reviews, no clue, but I have no complaints about the craftsmanship or the container. The stones are smaller, but complements the container size. All of the ingredients that go into these costs money, so they can’t just give them away. I’ve purchased chakra stones before and paid a lot for them. My only issue is that I don’t love the scent, it smells mostly like cloves to me. Maybe that is just the first thing I’m getting. I’m not planning on lighting it for a while anyway, since it’s really pretty and a good conversation starter. I did hope it would be bigger but honestly it matches the description and there is even a photo of a hand holding the candle so you can tell the size. I just didn’t pay attention. All that said, I think they did a good job and while I wouldn’t buy a ton of these, I like the one I got and the presentation of it. It came packaged well and just as described.

These candles are very well made, I have been doing candle work for over 50 years. The lids are on tight to protect the contents, the ingredients and little (real) crystals are on top of the candle as part of the spell (these will sink to the bottom as the candles burn and when finished, the crystals can easily be removed from the soy wax). These candles will not MAKE your requests come true, that you do yourself. These candles are a focus point. I have used a large number of this brand and have found them to be excellent, useful and a nice tool.

The candle is very pretty however it has absolutely no sent to it. It’s like they forgot to add the fragrance to the wax. Very disappointing. I’m going to keep it and just burn incense along with it.

The materials came on top of the candle instead of mixed in. And when the candle melted down the stones just sank to the bottom and you can no longer see them.
