After trying hearing aids from 2 different manufacturers (2 sets at each one of them... had to return all due to not working), I ordered these. They were a little bit more than the other ones I had gotten, but also had a larger number of people leaving feedback. I was impressed by the packaging (first impressions are good, aren't they....) Sealed in plastic wrap, the box has a little tab that you can pull on to extract the container instead of fighting to push out the container from one end. Inside I found the charger box containing the ear plugs (with a set of ear plugs already attached). The aids didn't have a protector strip over them, but they were in a little part of the charger that the earplug/tubes go into and not charging. I inserted them into their appropriate compartments and they were fully charged. The charger itself showed 2 out of 3 lights as charged, with the 3rd light blinking indicating charging when I plugged it in using the USB cable (included). These also come with a cleaning tool/brush, 7 sets of plugs in 2 different styles and various sizes. an instruction manual and a user manual AND, something I had not received in any of the other ones that I had to return, a registration link to register them!!! I discovered after I had ordered them that they don't have different modes and they only have 1 microphone each instead of 2. I had looked at so many that those things slipped by me. All of that being said, I have experienced no drawback because of those features being lacking. They are very easy to put on. The ear plugs that were installed on them when I got them are perfect for me, so there is no need for me to try others. I've gotten no whistling or screeching from them. Voices and TV are very clear. I haven't worn them out in any social situations yet so I can't comment on restaurants etc. I do somewhat get the effect of being in a tunnel when wearing them, but it's not annoying. I don't get any echo. Easy to turn on.... just press the + side of the toggle for 3 seconds and you'll hear the beeps indicating that they've turned on! They turn off automatically when you return them to the charger case. I've been able to keep the sound level at level one with no problem. They are comfortable to wear overall. Sometimes I have to do a slight adjustment where the wire/aid goes over my ear. I get a slight annoying ache after having them on for a while. I wear glasses so I suspect a good part of that ache is because of the glasses. A slight adjustment by moving the aid up higher on my ear relieves the pressure on the wire and the ache goes away. This time I around I feel that this was money very well spent. I am very pleased so far.

New box comes sealed with plastic. Straight forward instructions. Charging case power indicator in the front has 3 levels with a chart in the manual to show you exactly what percentage the battery is on. The individual aids have one light indicator (off for fully charged and blinking if charging). When the aids are placed back in their magnetic holders, both the individual and case indicator lights turn on. The manual comes with maintenance instructions and how to clean it. The aids are comfortable on the ear. There are three sizes of ear pieces. I barely noticed they were on; the ear part is thin and the aids are lightweight. The aid is easy to use, with 4 soft beeps to indicate when it’s on and single beep when the volume is adjusted. Sound quality is clear. It memorizes the volume level first time around so I don’t have to adjust it every time I use it. The case has L or R engravings to make it more obvious which aid is which. I like that the aids auto power off when it’s inserted into the case but that it does not automatically turn on until I have adjusted it to my liking on my ear. Battery lasts the whole day. The case plus aids are portable and small enough to wrap one hand around. The aids can fall over when the case is carried since the case is roomy but most of the time I have it sitting upright on the table so that’s not an issue.

Hearing aids comes with many ear plug sizes and shapes for replacement and different ear types. The sound quality is clear and the product is very easy to use. Once charged press the up power button for 3 seconds to start up and can be used immediately. Volume control is very simple and easy to control. Functions very easily and has fast charging.

I bought these for my elderly mom, and they work perfectly! The sound is clear, and the noise reduction helps her hear conversations without issues. The battery lasts all day, and with the charging case, she gets up to 100 hours of use. The case has built-in magnets, so the hearing aids stay securely in place while charging. They’re small and discreet, though she needed some time to get used to the control buttons. Great product—highly recommend!

I have profound hearing loss, almost absolutely deaf in left ear and more than half deaf in right ear. I have had multiple surgeries (first one at 4.5y, now 38.5y), but am no longer eligible for any more. I had expensive hearing aids in the past, but hadn't gotten any since. I just received these today in my order and I already notice a difference!! I was worried for a few hours after having them on because I was having discomfort and hearing issues, but that was very quickly fixed by switching out the standard larger sized tips with the small sized ones. So comfy to wear and my family already notices an immediate change in my speech and my ability to hold my attention to them longer. My long time ear doctor suggested I find a pair of amplifiers and I am so very glad that I found these. Very lightweight, easy to use, and you can't see them easily. I REALLY need to find a package of the small tips for future use...(NOTE: silver ball in picture is a daith piercing, not part of the amplifier)
