I purchase these bags in bulk for their value and strength. Our group, Tacos Not Bombs CC, use them to collect trash after we feed the homeless every Sunday. I have been a Prime Member for years and appreciate the free shipping especially when I need something shipped to one of the members in the group. I bought these garbage bags because of the strength and flexibility. These bags are the perfect size for my garbage can. I also like that there is no scent. These bags can be stuffed within reason without tearing, and there is a convenient drawstring closure.. I have used Hefty bags for years and will continue to do so.

This is the best Hefty choice. It's not see-through. They are very strong. And it's not like the stretchy garbage bag. It's an old school garbage bag with a tie that you can tie around the bag or tie the ties. Whatever floats your boat. This is my go to garbage bag. Walmart stopped selling this particular make.

Strong bags, not be picky but can we have color options? Black is old news, let’s see color options. Could even help in shops or different areas to know what is food waste vs what’s shop scraps etc etc. I can’t be the only one who knows they may have lost something in the trash and have to sift through every bag just to find a ring, watch, trinket, etc. Just me…. Hefty Strong Large Trash Bags, 30 Gallon, 74 Count are strong. One hasn't broken through yet, no matter how much I stuff in there. But be careful as the bags still can tear if you accidentally hit them against a sharp metal object. When you have a bag with liquids it's probably a good idea to put that bag into a second lightweight plastic garbage bag before putting that into the Hefty bag, just to be on the safe side. Learned that from experience. The 74 count box is great for large families (we have 8 people in our household) So, the box lasts us for about a month. All in all, this is a great purchase if you want a reliable garbage bag.
