Huge improvement on the HD1 soundtrack, even if the rest of the game has become a joke. However, the digital version is missing the Illuminate theme, which is one of the best tracks.

You can practically hear the sounds of a hellpod screaming to the surface of a bug-infested planet when listening to "Cup of Liber-Tea". I'm not sure who managed to convince upper management to hire Wilbert Roget II, but you can hear the influences of his LucasArts background all over the place in the best possible ways. And the Nashville Scoring Orchestra clearly took it to the next level; out of context, I would have assumed this was a soundtrack for a theatrical release. In-game, they did a shockingly good job of automatically picking the pieces for what's going on. 5/5, would dive again.

Amazing soundtrack! This music is glorious and makes Helldivers 2 incredibly epic.
