I’ve been using the Hello Baby Camera and Monitor sets for seven years now, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. As a parent, peace of mind is everything and this set truly delivers. We’ve only had one issue with the monitor over the years, and when it happened, the company replaced it free of charge within the same week. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. The video quality is clear both during the day and at night, and the large screen makes it easy to keep an eye on everything. I especially appreciate the pan and tilt feature, which allows me to adjust the camera angle remotely without having to enter the room and risk waking the baby. The audio is crisp and dependable, and the two-way talk function is a great feature for offering quick reassurance. I’m very impressed with the baby monitor! The 6-inch IPS screen is bright, clear, and makes it easy to keep an eye on my little one, even from across the room. The camera’s remote pan, tilt, and zoom features work smoothly, allowing me to check different angles without disturbing the baby. I also love that it doesn’t require Wi-Fi, which gives me extra peace of mind when it comes to security. The battery life is outstanding — it easily lasts through the night and then some. Love this upgrade from my older hellobaby camera/monitor! It has eco mode so the screen stays dark until there is noise or crying to help with battery life and there isn't a bright light in our dark bedroom. It turns on when noise is detected. I also love the split screen and large screen with having 2 children now. I will say, there is a bit of a lag and echo but that isn't a huge issue. Also love customer service! They are always so nice, caring, and helpful with any question or issue I have and always make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. When my old camera stopped charging I researched alot of baby monitors, but I'm glad I came back to this one. Great value for the money. If you're looking for a split screen, no wifi baby monitor, definitely consider this one. I haven't had any issues so far!

We’re absolutely love this camera and monitor, and the exceptional customer service this company has. I recently reached out to customer service about getting an additional camera for an older model I purchased two years ago. They recommended this newer model with split screen ability and I’m so thankful they did!! Definitely an upgrade. The screen is huge and panoramic almost, quality is great. Fantastic baby monitor! We upgraded to this monitor when our 2nd was born and have been loving it! PROS: I can view both rooms at one time with the split screen if needed. No Wifi needed, just plug-in, pair the cameras and it's then all set. (Easy set up) The battery life is surprisingly good. It has 3 levels of sensitivity for ECO mode. The night vision and display are waayyy better than our other HelloBaby single camera, 3in monitor that we had before this. The night vision is way faster and batter at adjusting than the old one too. The audio comes in loud and clear. I really appreciate being about to remotely adjust the camera view up and down as well as left and right (it has really come in handy now that our toddler is no longer in a crib) CONS: I wish the little power light indicator wasn't so bright, it was keeping me up at night. I had to get creative and made a cover for it that allows the light to still be seen but cuts the brightness. The talk back feature from the patent unit into the kids camera isn't stellar, it's pretty quiet but does work(not something we have needed to use much) Overall this is a great unit and worth the money (we got it on sale), I would recommend it! The pictures show the split screen in low light/night mode and of the DIY power indicator light dimmer (a hole punched piece of paper bag taped over the light)

The best baby monitor! The set up and instructions are so simple and easy to follow! Installing the camera took a minute and all you need is a screw driver! The sound quality is amazing, the battery life lasts a long time before to need to charge, and the other features included such as the sounds it can make (lullaby etc) are great! You can also easily communicate to your child through the camera and the monitor. Charging card and power cord are long which is always a plus! You 100% get the best value for your money with this camera. Can’t recommend enough!

Upgraded to this new 6 inch split screen, after using my previous hellobaby camera/monitor for over 2 years, which still works great. But this one is even better! Great camera quality, easy to use, love the size of the monitor, sound is good, love that u can zoom in. I can see both babies sleeping in separate rooms or just one if needed. Love that no WiFi is needed as well. The customer service is always amazing. If you are thinking about which camera or brand to go with, this is a great choice and will last you!
