Great nonstick saucepan! I had to replace my old 2-qt. saucepan because everything stuck to it, and found Hexclad by accident in a review on another website. The pan was easy to season ( do NOT skip seasoning) and heats quickly, even with the suggestion that we don’t go any hotter than medium. (I tend to use high heat as my default.). The pan is truly nonstick and super easy to clean, although I always wash pots by hand, never in the dishwasher. ( I don’t care what the manufacturer claims: using the dishwasher cuts pan life in half, at a minimum.

You really feel the quality with the HexClad 5-quart saucepan. It's got a great weight to it, not flimsy at all, and the hybrid construction really delivers. I've found it heats up so quickly and evenly, which is a huge plus for simmering sauces or anything where consistent temperature is key. And honestly, the nonstick is fantastic – even with tricky foods, cleanup is a breeze. It's definitely become my go-to for a lot of tasks, and I can tell it's built to last. perfect size, and versatility is amazing

I know these are pricey but you will not regret purchasing them. You must season them first. They are not totally non stick but...they cook evenly meaning the heat distribution is perfect. The pan holds the heat for a fair amount of time after taking it off the burner. There is a small learning curve for other pieces but this one is pretty straight forward. The clean-up is a breeze. I did decide to buy a silicone kitchen utensil set because I want to keep the pan in great shape forever.

HEXCLAD Hybrid Non-Stick 5-Quart Saucepan has the higher melting point in the most heated areas where a). Flacking of common household stainless steel & aluminum bottoms of cookwares get little dark spots. Not as smooth and shiny as they used to be. b). Heats up faster and cooking at lowers temperature stovetop saves household energy in the long run. c). As an experienced cook & baker. Frying pans or saucepan pans have better nonstick cooked foods prior to placing cooking oils. Faster heating time saves time electrical energy. d). With the above factors. Cleaning HEXCLAD HYBRID Saucepan is a breeze. Maybe be more expensive than other cookwares. But its durability, versatility, less effort to wash and put away. Makes it worth it. Makes Looks great in the house

I have been impressed with this cookware. Heat is distributed evenly and it’s so easy to clean. It is not cheap but it definitely is worth the price. I actually look forward to cooking with this product. I have tried several different brands but I think this is the best. One thing is that you will be able to sear meats. I can’t use iron cookware on my cooktop so it’s great to have that ability with this product. You won’t be sorry if you give it a try!

Expensive but absolutely worth the price. I bought a starter set when it was on sale and have been adding pieces to it as they are on sale. If you’re looking to invest in cookware you should seriously consider getting this brand. Cooks evenly without food sticking, versatile enough to go from the stove top to the oven and I even put this in the dishwasher. Easy to clean and use. 1000% recommend.

Hex clad pans are the very best non stick pans on the market according to my humble opion. Follow the instructions on seasoning and cooking on medium heat and they are perfection. Have a few more pieces on my list to purchase to complete my set. Love, love these pans they are the very best.

OK, not gonna lie—these pans are expensive as all heck, but my wife absolutely loves them. I have to admit, they’re pretty darn good. I tend to use the wrong utensil and end up scratching nonstick cookware, but these are impressively scratch-resistant. The only issue we had was when my son used a Brillo pad on it and then put it in the dishwasher—definitely don’t do that. I originally bought this because we needed a pan of this size for making gravy, but it turned out to be way more versatile than I expected. It’s just the right size for small to medium cooking tasks, whether it’s sauces, soups, or even frying an egg. Speaking of which, I’ve cooked eggs in this pot, and I was really impressed with how nothing sticks—it’s got a great nonstick surface that makes cooking and cleanup a breeze. No need to grab a separate frying pan or worry about food getting stuck to the bottom. The cooking ability is excellent, with even heat distribution that prevents hot spots. Even though the handles are metal, they’re surprisingly comfortable to use and don’t get too hot. Overall, this pan has been a great addition to our kitchen, and while it was pricey, the quality and performance make it worth it.

Click to play video After 10 months it's can't be used anymore. A lot of money for a useless pan.
