Got this as a dht blocker. I was already using this brand's pumpkin seed oil for the same purpose and it worked within days. Since it was already working, I can't say this is 100% working, since I have not used it on it's own to really know. But I believe it's working because saw palmetto is a dht blocker and this brand has quality supplements. No side effects from it. I take just 1 capsule a day instead of 2 as a female since the dosing on this is for men. Women do not need more than 1 capsule for it to be effective per studies. Do your research! Will continue to buy this brand.

I've used saw palmetto in the past but first time using this brand but what I admire so far is the very small size of the capsules these will work great for persons who find it hard to swallow capsules or tablets as for the effective I just started a few days ago so I'm not too sure on that part but I'm keeping an eye out

Makes me pee quite a bit so I know it also works for water retention, unless it's a diuretic. But I can feel it doing something. As far as my hair, too early to tell.

Just make sure you are consistent with taking these as with your other vitamins throughout the day and week by having a routine to follow.
