It is fun for kids to hear a story about the Gingerbread Man and catching him. Kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade enjoy it and Kindergarten kids get a kick out of it when they have a unit on the Gingerbread Man.

Adults need to read this book because of the different word format

My kid likes it even though he doesn't know all the references yet at age 2, but cute story and artwork.

My granddaughter loves the How to catch series by author "Adam Wallace". We act the book out and read them all!

This book is about a visit to a library where the library lady starts to read to children about the Gingerman when he jumps out of the book and the children chase him to get him back into the book. During the chase they meet a lot of storybook characters such as the ones they can meet in a library book. Great fun!

It was OK book, I loved more the ideas, the rhymes and the story a bit rushed... you can tell it's becoming a spin off for selling more books. I would not purchase other books in these series. The kids enjoyed the illustrations.
