It is a fun story that follows with beautiful illustrations. It is a winter themed book with no Christmas themes.

If your little one loves story time this is a cute book about catching a snowman. Nice illustrations and an easy read.

My six-year-old granddaughter loves the “How to Catch a … “ book series, so when I came across several holiday titles this year, I couldn’t resist purchasing them for our library. Consistent with previous books that we have purchased, “How to Catch a Snowman” follows along on as one clever snowman dodges the traps of the children who built him as part of a contest to win a prize. The illustrations are bright and colorful, and will easily capture a child’s imagination. And the story — told in a familiar rhyming pattern — is printed in an easy-to-read font that even early readers will be able to follow along without difficulty. I also appreciate the multicultural representation of the children in this book. All of the titles in the “How to Catch a …”book series are well-made hardback storybooks that can last many years, if cared for properly. Although this isn’t MY favorite book in the set, it’s still a good value for any child’s library!

This is the second snowman book I bought as a gift. I love the author's books. The book series, "How to Catch" is adorable, and my granddaughter loves the books.

This is perfect for younger kids, but a little cheesy for older kids. All in all, it’s a cute fun book.

My 4 year old nephew loves the story and the pictures! It’s been read to him so often (at his request!) that he could probably READ you the story (if he could read)!
