My wife and I bought this and we didn't do it perfectly, but it still came out really nice and we are very pleased. You need to have lots of time to do this, so don't start it if you don't have a few hours to spare. This is a little bit of a tedious process, so you have to read the instructions carefully. However, the instructions are well written, and once you go through the practice session it is easy peasy from there.

Absolutely love this product. It was very easy to make for a lifelong memory. My only complaint is that they need to include a DEEPER BUCKET. The bucket included is to shallow and thus makes it hard to do any other hand poses as your hands will cut off between the wrist and thumb except for the interlocking of fingers. NEEDS A DEEPER BUCKET

This came out really nicely! I liked how they provided a smaller version to test it out first. The finished statue is beautiful and eye catching, and even has veins and fingerprints on it! The one thing I'd do differently - our hands were not quite touching in places, which made it hard to get out the filler once the statue was cast.
