I can't recommend the Hydrocolloid Roll for Wound Care highly enough, especially if you need custom-sized patches that other brands just don’t offer. This roll has been a game-changer for me, particularly for occlusive therapy to manage eczema and psoriasis. The material is incredibly flexible and waterproof, making it perfect for long-term wear. It stayed put for several days without rolling up at the corners, which is a huge plus for me. I’ve used it to cover large areas of irritated skin, and it has definitely helped promote healing by maintaining moisture. What I also love is the cut-to-size feature, which allows me to tailor the patches to exactly what I need. In addition to its use for skin conditions, I’ve also repurposed it with a hole punch to create pimple patches, which has ended up saving me a lot of money compared to buying pre-made ones. Overall, this product is incredibly versatile, highly absorbent, and works perfectly for both wound care and skin therapy. If you need a flexible, custom solution, I highly recommend giving it a try!

After flushing out wound with sterile saline and cleaning, I used this Hypoalergenic, latex free, medical grade bandage that adheres to skin but not the wound, this speeds skin recovery with minimal scarring. I changed the dressing daily during the initial exudative stage (4 days), and to inspect for infection. This tape kept the wound clean and minimized scar formation. I also followed up with topical tallow/honey balm on the new skin. The tape cuts to fit and comes with storage ziplock bag. Way more affordable and versatile than individual bandage patches.

Works as good as the individually wrapped small ones and it SO much more economical! I can cut to the size I need. I’m using this at the recommendation of my dermatologist after having a mole and a cyst removed. She said they will prevent scarring.
