I purchased the item on December 23rd 2023. I have had a great experience with it in the past. It charge my devices with fast charge, recognize the device it eas charging and set the correct charge. I could charge it today fully and come back a few days, it would be still fully charge without degrading and through ot the year that i had it which never degraded over time. I love the quality and ease of use. It recently stopped working for some odd reason and u was devastated fot it became my go to. It would judt not turn on. I contacted the company, explained my situation, sent my receipt of purchase, they requested i sent videos in which i did. My experience with customer service was on point. They treated me ve polite and professional and responded quickly. They sent out a new device and i was pleased again. I love their products. I already have my out on a secondary battery pack. The 3 in 1 is going to be my next option and probably the wall charger 100 watt.

It's a perfect full-size portable charger—not too heavy and fits well in bags and pockets. I have had this for just over two years. It continues to be my go-to charger for long days and flights. I have a Pixel 9 Pro, and I can get about two full charges for the phone. I have a 13-inch MacBook Pro that gets a 25-35% boost—enough to keep me from having a dead MacBook. I have the beefier 20,000 mAh INIU as well, but that one is bulkier and heavier.

I’ve had this portable charger for almost 2 years now and it has never let me down. I got it back in April 2023 and it’s been with me everywhere since. Concerts, nights out, traveling, downtown, you name it. If I’m leaving the house and my phone is coming with me, this charger is too. It’s not tiny but it’s slim enough to fit in all my smaller bags. I love the little screen that shows exactly how much battery it has left. No guessing. No surprises. It charges my phone fast, holds its own charge for days, and has saved me more times than I can count. Especially when I’m out with barely any battery left. Almost 2 years later and it still works like the day I got it. I’m probably going to grab another one soon just to have a backup. If you’re thinking about getting one, just do it. It’s worth it.

I like this charger, for its simplicity and potential travel to charge my phone at intrusive times when I need a charge .

Works great. I used it to keep my phone charged while doing long bike rides. After an 81-mile ride, listening to music, and running strava, I still had 40 percent on my portable charger.

I purchased this for my husband as a vacation gift, something to help him keep his phone charged will he’s out at games, or vacation. He’s able to put it in his pocket or luggage, we’ve had no issues. He’s used it while on the beach and pool in the heat. Just plug in and charge, he hasn’t used it often just occasionally but overall it’s easy to use, and nicely displays the charge.

The battery saved the day so to speak. My wife visited Zanzibar. It’s 25 hours of flight time each way. Two 10 hour flights from Zanzibar to JFK. Then about 5 hours to cross the country. One of the 10 hour flights, she had to use the battery. It made the flight more tolerable. the

I got this for use as an auxillary battery pack for my OM Systems OM-1 Mark II. An OM Systems Ambassador recommended it and provided tips for its use in the field. So far, he has been spot on. I seems durable and easy to use. Only time will tell for sure, but I am pleased so far.

I have never owned a powerbank and didnt know much (ok, nothing) about them before researching online. As I am going on a trip where being able to plug in to recharge my devices will be sketchy at best, it seems that having a powerbank would be essential. I decided on the Inui because of its price, compact size, because i could charge both my ipad and android phone- and because of the positive reviews. Overall, I like the Inui powerbank. I like the size. I like its look. I like the fact that it came with a cable i could use for charging (while i had to buy a wall plug to charge it, i had enough cables to cover my device hook up needs). The little bag it comes with is a nice touch though it would have been ideal if it was a bit roomier so i could store my other cables in it. Not a big deal, obviously. I like it that my Inui gives me a numerical read out of its battery. The paw print read out that other Inui have is a cute idea but not helpful. I think it is better to know that i have 20% battery left that ‘one paw pad’. As to charging times for my devices, I think i expected that it would be faster but that is probably just ignorance about the technology (and wishful thinking) on my part. It took 2.5 hours to recharge my ipad that was at 30% and it took 1 hour to recharge my phone that was at 50%. It took 3.5 hours to recharge the powerbank that started at 36%. I dont know if this is typical charging times or if there are faster ones out there but it is worth keeping in mind. For most people this wont be an issue because, if the powerback’s battery is depleted during the day, they can be recharged overnight. As to the number of times I would be able to recharge my phone or ipad on one Inui fully charged powerbank, it seemed like a pretty even swap of power going into my phone or ipad and power going out of the powerbank. (This is where having actual battery numbers versus a pawprint was invaluable). So i dont think i would get much more than a single device fill up per fully charged Inui. However, these Inui battery powerpacks are very inexpensive and compact and it would be easy enough to carry two if, like me, you are not going to be to recharge your powerpack on a regular basis.
