This has to be one of the best bargains I have bought. It works flawlessly. I can't recommend this little unit strongly enough. For those wondering, there is no drain. any ice not used melts back into the reservoir to be melted again

This is a very nice looking small ice maker hence the extra star but why even market this as 35 dB? It is noticeably loud. Like can't have a conversation with someone while standing near it loud. Like Apple Watch shows 60+ dB loud. There is no time when this is 35 dB. It's either sitting there filled with ice and making no sound or 60+ dB while trying to make ice. At no time is this 35 dB. Another problem that does affect other ice makers is that the sensors to stop the ice from over filling are at the back of where the ice falls into the tray. They easily get tripped by a single cube of ice at the rear and you end up with a mostly empty ice tray. The main reason though we're returning it, is the ice tastes like poison. Running cleaning cycles did not help. How many hours of cleaning are going to make the internals taste less like poison?

Smaller than i thought it would be. Not really liking how small ice basket is and bought this to replaced my fridgiaire brand ice maker that stoped working which was quite big on my countertop. So it is nicer in size but definitely not a family size, but good enough for myself and dog that use the ice most.

The ice maker on my fridge has broken down twice. The repair person just told me that often fridge door ice makers freeze due to the model, and mine definitely does. Instead of paying for another repair, only to have it happen every two years, I decided to purchase this machine. The instructions say that the cubes could be made in 6-10 minutes. Mine is in between that time. It sits on a mudroom counter - the only negative I'd say is that it does take up counter space and because it's on the heavy side, I don't want to move it around. Also, because of the coolant, it needs to stand for an hour if it's jiggled around to let the coolant settle, so I want to move this as little as possible. It is very easy to use, I love the green retro colour, the instructions are clear, and it comes with three bags in which to store the finished ice. I'm not adding a picture only because it's exactly as it says it is. I'm very glad I bought this, and wish I'd done it sooner.

I purchased an ice machine from this company and unfortunately it was defective. I emailed the company and it was taken care of promptly. They walked me through the process of checking to see what the problem could be and then quickly sent a new one. Would I deal with this company again? Yes I most certainly would! They're fast. knowledgeable, and curtious. They stand behind their product 100%. It's hard to find a company that will do that in today's world but they sure did!! 5 stars for them!!
