Very easy to put together the clamp quality is very good I have had no issues. It has a really good range of motion and also comes with an adapter for smaller or larger mics. Extremely high value for money and functions smoothly.

Thie stand holds a Shure MB7B. Its a heavy microphone and needs to extend across my table and not block me out on camera. I love the mic attachment as it’s a long screw which has a very low profile next to the large black mic attached to it. Dont need any more bulk at the joint. Great for a small area where a heavy mic is used. Looks great too. And it has a cable hiding track built in. It’s a keeper.

I really like this boom stand. It looks good and is sturdy. It does its job well, and moves smoothly and easily. I cannot speak as to how it would do with a really heavy mic, but for mics of light to medium weight, it should work very well. It is perfect for my Shure SM57. I also like the fact that they have not splashed the name of the company brightly on the stand. In fact there is no name at all on the stand bright or otherwise, which I appreciate. I have no desire for my videos to be a constant commercial for a brand or company. I would easily buy another one of these if the need should arise.

Stand itself is ok, the clamp and the adhesive protective pad is awful. I have a really nice desk that's now damaged because of the adhesive protective pad. I'd like a replacement for that part, at least. update: innogear sent me a replacement with a seemingly much better pad on the c clamp. Works out fine. Some paint coming off the inner cylinder but hopefully it lasts.

I have been using the InnoGear Microphone Management Channels system for a while now, and it's great. The design is both sleek and built nice. It is easy to adjust and and stiff at the same time.

i've been using an old ikea lamp arm retrofitting with some parts to hold my mic up. this upgrade was LONG overdue and I'm so glad I did it. this should honestly be priced a little higher because the quality is outstanding. swivels great, doesn't flex and the clamp has a good grip on the desk and doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

I purchased this mic boom to replace an inexpensive one that was showing its age. The old one was holding up a heavy mic (Electrovoice RE-27 with 309A Shock Mount) which together weighed 2 lb 8 oz. I had to increase the spring tension on the old boom to support this heavy arrangement. When the new InnoGear Mic Boom I was quite surprised. It looks beautiful. It works quite well. It easily supports my heavy mic and shock mount. An unexpected feature is the cable management. There are two removable rubber covers where you can hide the mic cable within the body of the arms. It comes with the standard desk clamp like most of them have. I prefer to use a desk mount screwed into the top of the desk. I am using a Heil FL-2 desk mount. Unfortunately, the hole in the mount is larger that the boom stud so I had to fabricate a bushing to make up the space. I did not need the provided vertical extension so I can't comment on it. I had my eye on another boom that was 3x more expensive. I'm glad I got this one.

The InnoGear Mic Boom Arm is made from high-grade materials and feels very sturdy. It holds my Blue Yeti securely and features good cable management. However, the rotation mechanism can be stiff and sometimes gets stuck, making adjustments difficult. The arm’s reach is somewhat limited, and the price feels a bit high for these issues. Overall, it’s a solid stand with excellent build quality but some room for improvement.

Very easy to set up, good quality material, very easy to maneuver and use. I never had to adjust the clamp after I put it once onto the table.

For me, this is a great product. Well constructed; feels heavy-duty. Extremely sturdy. The joints of the arm are very tight and hold (my) mic in place very well. Track tray for cabling; very easy to clip in and out. And no brand name on the arm that advertises for someone else! I've only had it for a few days, so I will update should the first impressions change. Very happy with this purchase.

Looks amazing with the clean black look and cable management channels. Really easy to setup with the peel back cable management and the one part screw in mount. Fits well with the mv7+ out of the box and is a great price for the quality. Sound quality is decent because there's no additional sound from silly springs. And it holds the advertised weight.
