Great replacement for intex! The parts are exactly the same as my original. Everything seems to be working properly.

Likes: Products we’re more than what I needed in the box. It’s actually a kit, 2 through the wall inlet pieces, 2 strainer covers for the Inlet pieces, 1 plunger valve ( w/ vertical air bleeder & plastic shut off bleeder cap). There is only ONE knob twisting through the wall plunger valve in the box set, not 2. This is the return like ( filter to pool.) Dislikes: The item(s) pictured in the advertisement for sale are NOT what comes in the box. I was seeking 2 plunger valves ( the knob type shut off) as I saw pictured. Positives: Good quality, 1.5” hoses attach w/ clamps ( I don’t use the threaded Intex hoses that screw on.) I contacted the seller, and despite an obvious language barrier, they agreed to ship me a second plunger w/o the air valve. Negatives: The second kit that arrived ( w/o air release valve) was merely a duplicate of the first kit, which had the air valve. Despite numerous e-mail exchanges back and forth, and a $90 investment for one kit, I got 2 kits and not exactly what I needed. I even gave them Intex part numbers which I looked up myself and they still sent me the wrong stuff. Overall: I can make the kits work for my custom set up, they did make good on sending me extras at no charge and no shipping, arrived quickly, and all pieces function as they should. I feel the language barrier was the main cause of not getting exactly what I was seeking so I’m pleased. The parts are genuine Intex, not knock-offs, and if you need a kit for your pool to replace 2 inlets and 1 return w/ one plunger valve on the return side only, this is the right kit for you.

Not what is pictured. The model number is the same as what Amazon advertises (Intex 26005E), but what I received are only half the parts shown, see photos. There are no threads on the strainer valve (I received intex #11070 not intex part #10744, which is the whole reason I bought this $69 set. Not sure how I hook a threaded tube onto a smooth fitting. Also, only 1 plunger valve was included when 2 are shown. It does include 2 strainer “cages,” so if I can order the threaded strainer connector from intex and another set of plunger valves, I have what I need. Just annoyed for spending $69 for what is not pictured.

This product is and does everything it says. Please read the description before you buy because it does not come with everything in the picture - and that's ok. This is why reading is handy ;) I purchased this product to replace my existing outlet connector. It works amazingly and now I have spare parts for a rainy day YAY!

Description says 2 plunger valves but it only comes with one. If you need two you’ll need to order an additional plunger valve with this kit.

I needed one valve to try and increase my volume through my pump. Came across thus listing. Looked at it and it showed 2 plunger valves and even showed a picture of all of the parts laid out. Product was delivered and opened the box to find only one. Reread the listing and I got exactly what it says but not what the picture shows. Pictures are absolutely deceptive and should be changed.

Click to play video Easy pesy! Came with the exact parts pictured. I needed the valve and strainer to replace my old one on Coleman pool so I could hook up the Intex pool cleaner I purchased from Amazon as well and it worked perfectly! They both are running great together! I don’t know what the hell the rest of these reviewers were expecting to get. It came with the parts pictured. It doesn’t say it comes with the black rings nor the tubings. It’s exactly as described and just what I needed. The last picture is with the intex pool cleaner adapter attached. Perfect!

So I bought these connections after buying a pool vac that works from the outlet. Our Aldi Summer Waves 14ft pool had different, very basic connections and a 1000l per hour filter pump (so I bought a new one of those too) so neither were compatible with the new pool vac. I watched a YouTube video on how to install these as it meant emptying some water out (half the pool as it happens to get below the inlet connection), cutting the inlet and outlet holes in my pool to make them much bigger to fit the new system. Armed with a sharpie and the Oring from the connection, I marked the inner circle of the Oring evenly over the existing outlet hole and then put a new blade in the Stanley knife and cut along the circle line. Had to try it and then keep trimming until the connection went thru, because I had cut more on the inside than outside of my sharpie line as initially I was scared I would make it too big so went steady. I didn’t use Vaseline on the threads, as I saw in another video (after I had done it) but it went through and pushed it flush and tightened the connector on the outside and added the valve and repeat for the inlet hole. All refilled to discover there was a little drip running down the bottom on the outside of the outlet connection, but we tightened up the outer screw ring as much as we could and hope it has stopped it. (fingers crossed). Should be much easier cleaning filters and winterising the pool now with the valves being able to be closed off and no bungs to try to fit into tight holes. Also the connections on the inside are now compatible with the pool vac, and other intex devices too I expect. Hopefully all will be good as we start to use the pool as it gets warmer.

Bought solely for the two valves, which works really well. Good to know is that the famale ends on these are oval, so think carefully regarding how to place and use! (Unless you use the full set as intended! ;) )
