JBL (Harman) never fails to impress... The difference between these slightly higher priced models and the cheaper models are night and day. I've been through ALOT of earbuds since they've been introduced on the market, and these are most definitely Top 5 territory. The "ambiance aware" sound setting let's you hear what's going on around you (joggers, working, kids). When you hit "noise canceling" ,...... bye bye outside world noise, hello pure music!!! And let's be real.. it's JBL... it's world renowned sound.... ok ok.. maybe a little bit more midrange would fit my sound preferences more tightly, but they're fine, these aren't studio quality earphones, and they're not priced that way either. Well worth the money, I'm bad at losing mine, so I'm on my 3rd pair. No issues.. Comfortable, great Bluetooth range, maybe a bit more battery would be nice, and some more volume!! (They're plenty loud, but sometimes when that 1 song finally comes on.. "crank it!") Lol I think the last time i got these, I bought em " factory refurbished", no issues, if correct at a small discount, like maybe $129.. worth every penny!!! Happily pay that when I need the 4th pair. Hands down smacks my $300+ "Klipsch" earbuds outta the water. These buds put them to shame.. at half the price point!! Now, all that being said... i bought my wife the "live 300" series.. my kids have the "tune" series... Just know, JBL, like any brand, basis their price point on the quality of materials, better drivers, mics, etc... So the "Tune" series is not gonna sound like the "Live" series... you get what you pay for,.. you want better, gotta pay better! The cheaper series are ok.. decent quality, decent sound... i mean, they're most certainly better than some cheapo, no name, discount store crap. But, if your a sound hound, or a true music lover, or just a guy (or girl), that constantly has music playing.. (home, working, driving, even in my head without a backup track! ...lol) You will NOT be disappointed... Better than Samsungs, better than Klipsch, BUY these earbuds, cause they sound SICK!!!
