I had an older model of JBL true wireless earbuds, and liked them a lot but was ready for an upgrade. I grabbed these and have been incredibly happy. They sound great and feel great in my ears. I wear them to work often, and so if I'm doing a lot of moving, they will sometimes loosen a little bit, but I almost always am able to feel it and push them back in before they fall out. The touch features take a little while to get used to. But if you handle the buds by holding the outside, instead of the middle, I find I don't usually trigger the touch functions accidentally. It's not a perfect system, but I really like the ability to pause/play, FF/RW, control noise cancelling by only touching the earbuds - I don't have to pull out my phone. The noise cancelling isn't PERFECT (they're earbuds, I think FULL noise cancelling kind of requires over-ear headphones) but it is pretty impressive. I will sometimes use it will shoveling or doing outdoor work and it cuts out a LOT of the noise. The battery life is great, and I have yet to kill them in a single day. Even if I am using both for a couple hours while I work, I toss em back in the case while I take a break, and they charge enough in that time that I never have issues. And I like the wireless charging ability. Overall, very very happy with these. I'm sure that more expensive ones could offer some improvements, but these are great for the price point.

Pros: ANC is quite good, and the application make it more flexible and easy to use/adapt. Also help to get to know the product quite at its extends. The sond quality is excellent (not an audiofile) the bass are deep and the sound is clear. Cons: its not quite and entirelly confortable, sometimes seems that are going to fell but it does not.

The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because I can’t use “hey siri”. I can hold down on the bud (through a glove which is great) to use it though. Otherwise the pros: super comfortable, fits the ear very snugly, low pro design, charges very fast (although buds run low on battery after a few hours when using ambient aware), voice clarity when using ambient aware is crystal clear. Can select functions for each ear (right ear volume control, left for play/pause/skip). Can answer calls and hang up with a tap/x2 tap. Just wish u could use hey siri. But worth not buying air pods as these are much more low pro and sit in the ear much for flush and stay in with excessive movement

Fantastic sound and clarity. Easy to set up and the noise cancellation works well. Compared to the apple headphones this is a much better choice for the money. The app is ok but will help with the sound slightly using the EQ.

Amazing earbuds. Worked great until my toddler chewed on it. Noise canceling is great.

Upon opening the package and connecting it to the charger . I noticed that the charger wasn’t working on the case. I took another charger and plugged it in and got the same result. So it says charge will update once earbuds are back in the case. I placed both into the case and nothing. So I left the charger do its thing over night and still no charge. I’m very disappointed with the return policy on this product. I returned them the following day and now I can’t purchase a new pair because I have to wait until the refund is processed. Like it’s a defective product. I won’t ever purchase another pair of these earbuds again. I feel that once these were returned and in the warehouse or whatever they go . My money should have been returned to my account ASAP. I’ve been buying products from Amazon for years. I’m disappointed with the service that Amazon is providing with this matter.

First thing first I ordered the silver got the blue why who knows. Let's start with the positive stuff the fit these buds are great they don't feel loose and for my ear shape it's very snug and I'm able to wear them all day without discomfort. Sound quality is another positive I am enjoying the bass and the ability with the app to adjust my settings as I see fit. The cradle case does feel very cheap and flimsy is light and feel like some cheap plastic sadly .The charge of the buds themselves it's hard to say using them straight for 24hrs I notice that it may be close to the time they stated longer testing will be needed. Overall they fit nicely and battery life isn't bad the case feels cheap so be careful with it. If you want a pair of ear buds that don't have the terrible design of the new samsung or airpods these are worth the $100 price tag

This is an AWESOME product well made sounds incredible long bat. Life and comfortable all day wear, easy connect and I have tried it on everything I use regularly including my gaming Pc. I am a hard sell on ALOT of products but this one I am super impressed with. I hope this helps. Good hunting.

**actualización: los tengo desde el 2023 y a fecha del 2025 siguen como el primer día, buena duración de batería, calidad de sonido, etc. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ La calidad del audio es excelente, es JBL, no podrías esperar menos. La duración de las baterías es sumamente buena, en promedio los uso de 2 a 3 horas por día con cancelación de ruido activa, desde que los tengo (una semana y media) los he cargado en dos ocasiones así que por batería no vas a sufrir. Los bajos son muy buenos, los medios y agudos cumplen muy bien. Si buscas audífonos para trotar estos son una buena opción, en mi caso, corriendo en la caminadora a una buena velocidad los audífonos no se caen en lo más minimo, se fijan muy bien. Los recomiendo ampliamente, estoy satisfecho con ellos.

Excelente sonido y conectividad en buen precio, el único pero es que son muy sencibles el control directo en el oído si te pones la capucha de tu chamarra para correr al girar la cabeza se puede pausar o adelantar la canción

I'm a big fan of JBL. Previously, I owned the JBL Free 2 first gen, which impressed me with its long-lasting battery and consistent performance, even under heavy use. So, it was a natural choice for me to stick with JBL when upgrading. The new model offers superior technology, including noise-canceling features and the ability to customize settings through the app. While the battery life isn't as long as before, the smaller case is a convenient trade-off. What really blew me away, though, is how these buds handle songs with intense bass. They deliver an incredible listening experience, making every track sound amazing. In my opinion, they're definitely worth the investment.
