I bought 2 pairs, 1 for my kid, 1 for me. The app was easy to download and ive had no issues whatsoever. Comes with multiple ear peices. Its comfortable, light weight, you can change what the buttons so. Abient aware and noise canceling, also talk through modes. Has a fast charge and holds long battery life. My husband bought a pair for himself. Now the whole family is using the same headphones.

Lo compré para poder hablar en videollamadas. Pero al enviar mensajes de audio por whatsapp, me escucho como si estuviera en el medio de un jardin de infantes rodeado de niños o criaturas chillonas. La calidad del microfono o el procesamiento del audio de entrada es terrible. Y ademas el auricular izquierdo tiene una falla que hace que no se cargue. Entonces los saco para usar, los contecto y a los pocos segundos escucho "power off" y se apaga el auricular izquierdo. Ya me habia pasado algo parecido con los Tune Flex. Tendria que haber comprado los EarPods. Pero por el precio que tenian estos, crei que minimamente serian confiables.

The sound and bass on these buds are amazing. They are a little big though and don't fit as good as I would like. Battery life is good and will easily last all day listening to music. I like the touch controls and the jbl app which tou can use to customize the buds. Only problem is after 6 months the charging case started draining Battery and then the left bud quit charging. I contacted warranty and they replaced them with a new case and pair without any problems. Definitely good customer servics.

At first glance, they seemed durable and nice when I first use them they were pretty cool, but upon using them for about two weeks notice defects phone calls were unclear other people could not hear me over the phone through the mic start skipping like I was listening to scratch CD. I would pause it and play it again and continue to do it and never had this problem with any other headphones And noise cancellation turns on and off by itself whenever it wants to even when you change the setting, not a fan at all I have returned them not worth asking price and after about 3 weeks the right ear bud completely wouldn’t charge I tryed every

I really like the product, but I’ve had issues with one of the buds not charging at any given time. Also, battery life is about half of cheaper ones I’d buy even when they do charge properly.

This is actually my second set of these :-) On the first set, I found that the right earbud wasn't charging but I bought them locally and so I ordered a second set via here. It then dawned on me that it might contacts and so I use contact cleaner and now those are fine :-) I decided to keep both sets :-) The JBL app is really nice and it actually works quite well, though I have it hang the odd time. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. Sound quality is what I would expect from JBL. Excellent. I use mine mostly for calls and listening to vocal stuff like podcasts and for that use, they are excellent with the EQ set to vocal. For music, they do tend to be more high and midrange than bass but still pretty good. I have both a black set and white ones, and the app displayed the colors which is neat. There is an equalizer in the app and that works well. Call quality is very good. Battery life seems to be quite good so far. The case seems to be very well built. They fit my ears very well with the default earphone covers and the chance of them popping would be quite slim. My measure for this is during the commute :-) When you take them out of the case, they connect very fast which is nice. I've been using this a bit for my meetings at work and they switch out quite well though the odd time you do have to connect manually. My only nitpick with this is that IF you have slightly dry hands (and I do), they can be a little tough to get out of the case. They are very comparable to more expensive sets.

La verdad tuve mis dudas cuando los compre porque no sabia su calidad de sonido que tendrian. Tengo unos beats ifit pro pero estis JBL no estan tan mal en su calidad de sonido, lo bueno que los puedes conectar al iphone descargando su aplicacion. Desde la aplicacion puedes configurar varias cosas: ecualizar, realizar orden a alexa, controlar varias cosas con cada audifino, varias opciones ni los beats que tengo los trae. Yo los compre en promocion y la verdad vale la pena cada peso. Su estuche se siente de muy buena calidad, los he usado muy poco para opinar de la bateria. Sin duda los volveria a comprar.

Desde que lo saqué de la caja, no he podido lograr que el auricular izquierdo se vincule con el derecho. El derecho se vinculó rápidamente, pero el izquierdo prende el foco blanco que parpadea y al final nada. La aplicación me marca que está en modo mono y no puedo reiniciarlos por más que lo intente. No sé si estoy haciendo algo mal o realmente están defectuosos:/
