Came exactly as advertised with everything that comes in the original box including the ear tips and everything. Looks brand new. Headphones work and sound exactly the same as the last pair I purchased brand new over a year and a half ago for $80. Good value for the price considering they are basically half off. They are fairly comfortable to wear all day working in an automotive detail shop as a lot attendant both cleaning cars and moving vehicles around. The fit could be a little bit better but that could easily be improved with some better ear tips. The only issue I have with connectivity is not of fault to the earbuds but a fault of JBL not including it, the find my earbuds feature only works when the earbuds are outside of the case or the case is open, it would be a lot better if JBL could make them use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to offer an Air-tag/tracker style setup so that you can find where you put your earbuds even without them connected to your phone.

They’re pretty comfortable, have good sound quality. Active noise canceling works well.

Was expecting more out of JBL honestly had a set of earbuds for half this price just as nice they are not that loud the sound is clear the battery last like they advertised but just not that loud think my cheap ones where just as loud and the batteries lasted all week at work. Idk this time I think I paid for the name.

In the last 2 yrs I've switched brands to jbl with all my listening devices. They have, Hands down, the best sound I've ever heard. These don't fail to impress. Stick with jbl, you can't go wrong.

The buds are great charger case great. Protective case not so much lid will surely get knocked off as it never stays in place just a matter of time don’t waste your money with it.

Spent lots of time trying to pair the device with Android without success. Instruction talks about off and on button. There is no off and on button.

The active noise-canceling doesn't work great in a large truck. You keep getting base hits for no reason. The call quality is fishbowl like, however, for just listening they are great. I wish I could turn off all of the active noise and just go passive, but it does not allow that.
