These are great pillows! Super soft but provide amazing neck support (I'm a side sleeper) they hold their shape really well and don't end up indenting while you sleep. The cooling side is wild, even with a pillow case you can feel that it's cool under your neck and head. Great purchase!

Absolutely a great pillow! I was a little concerned they wouldn’t puff up and be firm enough, but they have exceeded my expectations. Perfect for what I was looking for. I didn’t want anything too floppy and soft, and I didn’t want a brick. Firm enough but comfy.

These pillows do not lose there shape, at all. So they consistently stay big & dense, which isn’t good for your neck. They don’t change shape. I thought it would be good to have more dense pillows, but it’s just too thick so my neck is angled and it ended up creating back and neck pains. When I say they don’t change shape, you know how sometimes you have a When I say they don’t change shape, you know how sometimes you have a pillow for so long it starts to have an indentation where your head is, not these, they absolutely do not change shape. So I think they’re better for a couch to lean on but for sleeping, not so much.I’m not a doctor, but my neck has been hurting ever since so just fair warning, if you like to have your neck more even with your body, these aren’t for you.

Got these before family visited to pump up one of the guest beds. Wound up stealing them for my own bed. Here's the rundown: First, they come vacuum sealed. I opened them and left them out for a week, not sure if they off-gas or anything like that as a result. I threw them in pillow cases and slept with them - no smell. Very comfortable. They are THICK, though, I am a stomach sleeper and find them great to smash my head into and drift off into nothingness with. My wife, however, sleeps on her back and finds them thick. I'd imagine they'll calm down a little bit but - a pillow that's too fluffy - that's a good problem to have. All-in-all, a great buy. They remind me of the pillows you find in hotels.
