I bought these last minute so the grandkids would have something for the hotel pool over Thanksgiving weekend, and honestly didn't expect them to last much past that. These were great quality for the price, with good sized pieces. They're pool toys so I'm not sure what I expected but I guess I'm so used to buying something that looks great and turns out to be junk that this was a pleasant surprise. The Grands shared them with everyone at the hotel so there were at least a dozen kids playing with them over 4 days and everything made it through- I didn't see a single thing that had broken at the end of the weekend, and no one was gentle with them. They were thrown onto hard tile, stepped on, a few pieces were actually forgotten overnight in the hot tub- everything looked great come Sunday afternoon. I'm honestly considering buying a set to keep at my house, as I sent these home with the kids. (I don't like to keep toys here that are just going to sit, If the kids can take them home and use them. They have a pool at home so I packed them in their suitcase as a surprise.)
