I saw this at my sisters, I liked the way this product was designed and how it worked. I tried it out, and it was easy to use. I decided to buy one for myself as well after trying out my sister’s mop. Hers was exactly the same and the build quality was good. I think I got mine with a longer handle, but it was also on sale so I took advantage of that. 🤩 Update: after using this mop, I like the water capacity, however I do not like that the whole bucket needs to be filled all the way up in order to get the mop completely wet. Also, the mop rotates only on one side that you can slide into the bucket to dip and dry the mop, I kind of don’t like that. Wish it would’ve gone in from either side I decide to insert the mop. I do like the long handle, I decided not to use all the parts since I am short, but do keep the extra ones handy for when I need to reach areas that are hard for me to reach. Overall, it is a good mop, it is easy to use, and I love that I can dump the dirty solution, rinse and let it dry. I’ve had other mops that had a smaller container attached to them, and when it was time to clean it out and let it dry, it would take for a few days to completely dry out, otherwise if you don’t allow enough time, it tends to get mold. So the joy mop is definitely more preferable to me when it comes to cleaning out the bucket and letting it dry.

Worth every penny, it's super efficient, and easy to use. I love the magnet that helps it fold into itself creating a good lock, mop head is easy to change and cleans very well. My only Con is the overall handle, it's made of super thin metal, that overtime could warp or bend. Too early to tell! Overall definitely get it. I love how compact it is!

I bought this microfiber mop set to use to use with Nibor-D pest control at an apartment complex. I didn't expect much. I got an almost perfect tool for the job. I have to take off 1 star for durability. This is pretty flimsy plastic bits. This is perfect for mopping a thin film of Nibor-D solution across floors, walls, and even ceilings. The setup is also great at conserving product. DON'T OVERFILL! I have been trying to replicate other's issues with the 2 bucket, wet/dry chambers. I guess I can see how it's a problem if you fill up to -- or past the MAX line. Be smarter than the tool. If you are having issue with water spilling over into the dry chamber, use a little less water. With liquid about 1 inch below the MAX line, I can't make this thing fail. I'm a fan. Again, this doesn't seem the most durable tool and it's a touch expensive, but it is accomplishing what I need from it.

Love , love , love this mop. Its great for guickly getting to small accidents and also getting large mopping jobs done in a flash. No back breaking bending to ring out excess water. Just rinse and your done . How did i exist before having this?

I know I am a real adult when I get this excited about a cleaning product. Works as advertised and 10x better than a wet jet. I actually love it. The tank is ALMOST 2 gallons at the max fill line, so keep that in mind if your using concentrate cleaner. I am 5'2", the length is actually perfect and way more sturdy as the whole length isn't spring locks, only the head. The actual mopping part works quite well on mud tracks (hardwood floor in MN winter). Haven't gotten the chance to try on anything sticky or really dried on yet.

I bought this to aid in the deep cleanup after a fire. I needed to clean the ceilings and walls, and this beat the heck out of climbing up and down a ladder every two swipes to rinse a rag. I had a real cheap Dollar Tree version of the flat mop I was using, and it was good, except the mop head was small and not very thick, so it was good for one swipe, then had to be rinsed out to remove the soot. So, I saw this and thought it was a FANTASTIC alternative and ordered one right away. All seemed well, until I went to use it. On a dry run, I tested the two slots, to be sure I would be able to stay on the ladder to rinse and squeegee dry. What a time saver! I dipped into the clean water tank, and it took a few tries to get it in the slot in the right. When it did go in, it was easy. I pulled it back out and commenced with the ceiling. BEAUTIFUL! It worked very nicely for me. Then I went to rinse it, jabbing it up and down a few times, inserted in the squeegee dry slot and pulled back out. I would have been utterly ecstatic, if not for the simple fact that the tank is not deep enough to rinse the entire mop, nor is the dry side deep enough to squeegee the entire mop. It is about an inch too shallow. The mop comes out mostly clean and read to go again, except for that inch or so at the top side. All the sludge and soot IO just cleaned is still there, unable to squeeze it out or rinse with clean water in the tank. That might be easily remedied if one could just turn the head the opposite way and dip again. That is not possible, as the head has a strong magnet that is made to lock the swiveling head in place for the rinse and dry. It only locks one way, and if you try to fit it in the slots the other way, it won't fit. I also found myself fighting the magnetic lock when using it overhead, as it tended to snap into the lock position when I didn't want it to. I don't know how such a major flaw got past R&D, when logic would tell them the tank HAS to be deeper than the length of the mop! The amazing squeegee takes out almost ALL the dirty water, allowing you to dip into the clean tank and emerge with a very clean reloaded mop. But only once. Since it is already not quite deep enough to submerge the whole mop, it also becomes less and less accommodating as you use the soapy water with each new reload. I would have loved to give this 5 stars, but right now, I wasted my money. It would be great for light cleaning, but nothing about my needs entails light duty anything.

Wish I'd discovered this earlier. Possibly the easiest mop I've ever used. Did an excellent job. I was using a spinning mop but this is much better, I'm partially disabled and I don't have to stand on one foot to wring it out. Water I'm using on the floor is always clean. Easy to fill, carry, and empty. In my opinion all around a worthwhile purchase.

Funciona muy bien, el material del mop y de la cubeta es muy resistente, aunque un poco pesado, pero eso da la seguridad de que va a durar. Las almohadillas funcionan muy bien y el sistema de limpieza que trae en la cubeta es muy práctico. Ayuda a no dejar un piso tan húmedo mientras limpia todo. Lo seguiré probando para ver cuánto tiempo duran las almohadillas antes de necesitar comprar repuestos.
