I've had these for about a year and a half and wear them daily. I've put many miles on these sandals, and they don't mind at all. I even wear them when hiking on trails. They will take you anywhere you want, and the treads are better than most hiking shoes. I'm only buying new ones in preparation because the decorative cover is starting to come apart on one of the thongs, and they feel like they are starting to lose some support. Note: Like most shoes, though, I wouldn't recommend them if you have to do a lot of standing around. Depending on the brand, my foot ranges from 10.5 US to 12 US. I purchased size 11 US, and they were perfect. I've had arch problems in the past and felt like these provided good support for sandals, and they don't look silly like some of the other brands. The one thing I will caution you about is that they do have a break-in period. It took a couple of weeks of continuous wear. It's worth the wait, though. Some of the sandals I've tried in the past give me a burning sensation. It's probably from the material used. These did not cause any problems. They are also easy to wash and quick to dry. The material doesn't soak in water making them squishy when they get wet. In summary, at this price point, you aren't going to find a better sandal.

Size nine was correctly matched against my other floppers, but the front straps are a half-inch more forward on these leaving an extra half-inch in the heel making for some extra floppiness. Nevertheless, it comfortably separated and elevated my feet from the ground and feels solid. I like wearing it and would consider taking a chance on a second pair but sized 8 1/2 next time. It is reasonably lightweight, not stretchable but functional as presented.

I like that I can wear these anywhere/everywhere. They're stylish. I can dress up (a little ... I mean, I really don't do a lot of dressing up, but if I wanted to wear a long dress or a skirt, these sandals wouldn't look out of place...) or I can be casual. They're solid (not like the inexpensive 99¢ flip-flop material). I like the color I chose because I can wear with most anything without clashing or standing out. I love the base of the sandal because it feels like a shoe - I could probably step on a nail and I don't think the nail would pierce the material. We have goat-heads here in NM and those are treacherous on crocs, croc-knock-offs, and inexpensive (dare I say, 'cheap') sandals/flip-flops, but I have no fear walking around in goat-head territory. Also, I can go for long walks, touring, traveling in these sandals just like a comfortable walking show. I've only had them for a short time, but I don't see them wearing down/wearing out like an inexpensive flip-flop would. My only 'gripe' is the strap across the top of my foot, on the bottom portion of the strap, in line with my big toe, for some reason, I get blisters in that spot. I'm hoping it'll stop after a few wears. I don't think it's necessarily the sandal, or the material - - it may just be the shape of my foot and that maybe the strap is fatter than other sandals/flip-flops I've worn, so maybe that part of skin hasn't had sandal on it before? But all-in-all a good, solid, comfortable, practical sandal
