I’ve been using this for 2 months now and after the first day I noticed an increase in my breast milk supply as an exclusive pumper. I was usually right around 30oz per day and now am at 35oz. This stuff is pretty hard to stomach, it tastes horrible but it’s much cheaper than the “debittered” ones. I put a tablespoon in my coffee. My baby did not have any side effects from this product, but did with herbal breast feeding supplements (gas). Also, I recommend taking this first thing in the morning! At first I was taking it at night but was waking up during my 6 hour sleep stretch leaking. I use the Momcozy app to keep track of my production.

This definitely helped my supply. My son is about to be 5 months and starting childcare and my letdown was taking forever and I wasn’t producing enough to send him to care with bottles. This literally worked overnight for me. I’ve only used once in a smoothie and it immediately worked. I debated on this for so long, I’m grateful i finally got it.

I’ve been using it for about a week and I think it has helped my supply! I’m a just enougher but my supply was going down around 3 months and this has helped it to get right back to being just enough for my baby, which is perfect for me! The taste isn’t great, but very mild. Just mix it into oatmeal with cinnamon and honey or a smoothie with peanut butter and you’ll hardly taste it!

This product really helped my let down from day 1. I’m not sure of increasing my supply because my pumps are still the same and I am not feeling uncomfortable between breastfeeds. But I instantly see my baby is not getting frustrated waiting for my letdown anymore. My feeds are more full and longer and baby seems more satisfied (again from day 1). I put 1 tbsp in my coffee (I don’t go crazy with recipes or smoothies). It doesn’t have an exact bad taste but it does take some getting used to.

This is NOT Gluten free as stated on the front of the bag. That is just inaccurate advertising. Someone with a serious allergy could get extremely sick from this. They advertise this on the front of the bag as “gluten free” but then on the back with the allergy info wheat is listed- wheat is not gluten free! That’s like saying peanut free on the front and then also saying it’s contaminated with peanuts in tiny letters on the back, this is DANGEROUS! Someone or their baby could get seriously very sick from this. DO NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT LOOKING AT ALLERGY INFO IF YOU OR YOUR BABY HAVE ANY ALLERGIES! ALSO CONTAMINATED WITH MILK, EGGS, SOY, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS and of course wheat/ gluten. Please be careful when purchasing! If you have any allergies I would not recommend this brand. They need to fix this. Either stop advertising as gluten free or start producing in an allergy safe environment. You can’t have both.
