The product is great quality and they have amazing customer service, I broke a piece during assembly and they replaced immediately, very easy process.

Perfect for my patio. It’s definitely possible for one person to put together just takes a little longer. Instructions are easy to follow.

The good. This is a great size for an outside storage for a town house. Holds bikes OR a small lawnmower. Assembly was easy, I did need a second person to push down while installing the 'lid', but I guess in a pinch I could have put something heavy on it. Corners and Sides slide into the grooves allotted for them. Extra hardware (screws and such) were provided and all parts were clearly marked. The bad. Two of the metal pieces were bent. The first was the "U" channel under the lid. That didnt matter so much as it was only pinching the "U" in on one send. The second was the piece that goes between the doors. I had to un bend this to get the doors to mate correctly. Other - Have a shop vac or blower handy, there was ton of resin dust in the box. And the instructions could label which side was up for the sides better, it took some detective work to figure when things were face up or face down.

This storage unit look great and is a great size! Unfortunately, the quality sucks. The door rails are made of a flimsy plastic that snapped with very very little usage after just 13 months. Then, trying to contact the company for replacement parts is an exercise in futility. Their contact page requires you enter a lot of information, name, address, contact info, date purchased, store purchased from, invoice number, precise parts that failed, pictures of the receipt, pictures of the damaged parts, UPC code, etc. This would be fine if their system would work but when you try to submit this, you get a message saying that the UPC needs to be 13 digits. The UPC listed on the amazon listing is 12 digits "731161047688" and, apparently, the proper UPC code is this number with a zero at the beginning: "0731161047688" but, when you enter this 13-digit number the form will not allow you to submit because it claims you need to enter a 13-digit UPC number--it does not recognize that you did enter a 13-digit UPC number so there is no way to submit the form. If you want something that looks great initially, then go for this product. But if you don't enjoy dealing with a frustrating company, try to find something where the quality is better.

I now have 5 10 week pullets and needed a new coop. Since the last mower shed worked out so well, I wanted to use the same idea. I started out with this shed, I added a cat door for a window, 6 2" Round White Polypropylene Plastic Louvers for ventilation and a solar, automatic pop door. Plus a kiln dried stud for the roost bar. I love that the shed is somewhat insolated, looks like wood, is paintable, drillable and takes screws. It took me about 2.5 hours to put it up (I'm a 75 year old female and I did it alone, using a dead blow hammer to tap things in place and a cinder block to hold the roof down while I screwed in in place). It took another couple of hours to cut holes for the ventilation, the window (cat door) and the pop door. Half a day and $380 and I have a roomy coop that will hold 5 to 10 chickens. And the very best part is that the two big doors open wide so that I can easily clean the dirty shavings, and even hose it down to get rid of any critters or feather dust if needs be. It's only about 50" high, but it really doesn't need to be higher since I don't have to walk in. This is for sleeping only - no food, water or nest boxes. They have a 4000 sq ft chicken yard and a covered hoop house with food, water and nest boxes. Love it.

check the inside measurements before you buy. I got to admit I misread information about it to start with but could not find another shed close to the size I needed. All I needed was it to be 6" wider on the base but no. So I will just make it 6" wider at the base. Over all it looks good and fit together good< but I am a builder so I will make do.

I ordered this to put on my patio to keep supplies in for entertaining . It was supposed to take 3 weeks to ship ,which was disappointing, since I was hosting a weekend retreat and wanted it for that, but I would still enjoy it whenever it arrived. Amazon emailed that it was shipping sooner and would arrive at the end of the weekend. To my surprise it arrived the day before! I read the reviews after I made the online purchase and had a thought of ,”uh oh” but then switched my thought to the fact that it will arrive and be fine . It arrived early ,and although the end of the box was opened ,I didn’t allow myself to think anything would be wrong . And there wasn’t . All of the panels were in perfect condition, and all of the small parts were in their own box so I would say it was packaged well . I was excited to put it together right away . The directions and illustrations were clear to me ,and although it said you need 2 people ,I improvised and did it alone. There were not a lot of tools required which was good . It took me an hour and 15 mins to put it all together by myself ! One tip I would offer - do not use an electric screwdriver as the pieces are plastic and too much torque might damage them . A screwdriver works well and it’s fairly easy to do . Overall I’m very happy with my purchase !

This is my third Keter deck box. This model opens in the front and I will use it to store a generator. My previous two deck boxes opened on the top. All three seem to be weatherproof, were easy to assemble, and are very sturdy. My only complaint is that Keter quality control missed the damage to one of the side panels. The damaged panel did not leak in our last rain storm, and I don't believe the damage is a structural problem, but the container (shipping box) did not show any damage which leads me to believe that the panel was damaged prior to packaging. Shame.
