Keychron K2, hot-swap aluminum frame, with Gateron blues I got the blues because the brown one wasn't available at the time (had no idea it'd be restocked a week later. Oh well) and the reds were more expensive. I swapped them out for Kailh Speed Coppers. I didnt like the blues at all, but personal preference. This keyboard is excellent for typing. If you're into gaming, you may not like it. I haven't noticed any lag even on Bluetooth but according to RTings it's measured to be pretty high. You also don't have features like disabling the windows key or easy key remapping or macros. For work, though, it's awesome. Solid, good battery life (you can set it to never sleep automatically, default is sleep after 10 minutes and waking takes 5 seconds ish), no-fuss BT connection. Feels great to type on (I don't have a lot to compare it to), the keys don't rattle or ring a whole lot. The browns or reds should be quiet enough for most offices. One thing I was unpleasantly surprised by was the keycaps. I tried another keychron, with their stock gray almost blue-ish keycaps, and they felt great. I was expecting these to feel the same but they feel thinner and smoother. Not bad, but a little disappointing after feeling and expecting the other ones. Overall, you can't go wrong with this one. High quality and a fair price.

This keyboard is a nice upgrade to the non-swappable version. Better PBT caps (although feel a little more tough compared to the normal smooth plastic of version 1, it actually offers more dirability and better grip which i like). The feel and SOUND of the gateron brown switches is amazing, coming from the clicky blue switches. While I enjoyed the nice feedback and sound from the clicky switches I find the brown ones to be more comfortable for long use and more pleasant when gaming. Highly recommend, the build quality is excellent, support for ios with special keys and the RGB light schemes are so nice. One minor request would be if we could have a special software to customize rgb per key on windows, native from keychron.

Great keyboard. I use a Mac for work (not my choice, but it is what it is). Figured I'd need a Mac specific keyboard and picked this up. Works great. Feels nice, good switches in it (I went with Gateron Browns). Printscreen button works so no more weird key combos for that, and all the media buttons work perfectly as expected. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I LOVE this keyboard. Super sturdy, premium-feeling metal case. Great tactile response and beautiful sound with the brown cherry switches (I find it MUCH nicer than my previous keyboard with blue switches). Also, super easy to swap out the keycaps. The reason I bought this keyboard was because I bought cool keycaps I fell in love with. That said, the keycaps it comes with are very premium-feeling and look great. Overall, really excited to have this great new keyboard to type on. Can't recommend it enough!

So let it be said, I did buy this used for a $20 discount. The "Very Good" condition listed was not entirely true. The board looks and feels immaculate, brand new, except the A key. It didn't work. I pulled the keycap and switch off and low and behold, one of the hotswap pins was bent beyond repair. Luckily I had some extra switches, and was able to pop in a new one and now everything is working great. If I didn't have extra switches I would've had to pull a switch from somewhere else on the board and sacrifice another key to get my A back. As far as the board goes, Its great. I have the brown switch version. It feels weighty and solid. It looks beautiful. It sounds wonderful. The lighting looks really good, the RGB is very clean and bright, but not too bright. I'm coming from a Razer Ornata, which is just a god awful loud clacky hellish device. I'd rather use a $20 membrane board than that god awful contraption. So to be fair, anything is going to feel amazing compared to that thing. With that being said, I am loving this board. Typing is actually a joy and feels good and doesn't assault my senses every time I have to use it. Also, I'm running Fedora Linux and everything worked immediately upon plugging it in. Do be aware, VIA is not currently supported for this board, so remapping keys isn't a possibility. The github 'aathma2071/QMK-on-K2V2' provides a guide to install QMK on this exact board, but it is an involved process that I haven't tried. Basically if remapping is a necessity for you and you're on Linux, don't get this board.

I'm new to customizable keyboards. I bought this to switch out the keys to a key cap set I was really fond of. When I got it, I fell in love with the whole keyboard as it was. The weight and feel of the whole device is so nice, and the bounce/sound/shape of the keys makes me find excuses to type some more. I was also impressed by all the backlight options. I didn't expect to want to keep the backlight on, but there are actually options that look cool and not tacky. Just an amazing typing experience. 10/10. Highly recommend.

It is a great keyboard and i love using it but there are some things that can be improved. First , the letters on the keyboard can simply merge into the backlight or ambient light sometimes depending on your settings and it is annoying. Second, you may want to buy a wrist support if you will be on it for a long time. It is a bit raised and not comfortable without it. finally, the bluetooth. You may have to turn off the sleep mode , if not, it disconnects and sometimes takes a bit of time to reconnect. It can be a PIA when you are trying to get something done. Other than that.. it is a great keyboard and I use it heavily everyday. Like the feel and looks. All good!

First mechanical keyboard and I could not be more pleased. Solid construction and a great typing experience. Paired up with no issues on Bluetooth. Sounds good, feels good. I hope this doesn't send me down a rabbit hole of keyboard collecting.

I got this after diving head first into the custom keyboard game and boy was I impressed. No options really in NZ so stumbled upon amazon AU and found this for a reasonable price! I got browns purely to understand what tactile switches felt like and after hand lubing them for 4 hours (and breaking 3 switches) found them to be really freaking nice for typing and gaming. I have plans to get Akko Matcha Greens to swap in! The keycap puller this keyboard came with was hard to work with but didn't have anything else so just dealt with horrid hand pain for a week after lol defo recommend buying a different keycap puller and a switcher puller-aparter. This thing is HEAVY and feels premium for the price. I haven't done any tape or foam modding yet but I look forward to doing that when I have the time! Only downside is the cable not being centered on the board but I've just gotten used to it. Only used wired so can't comment on the wireless capabilities and only have one static white RGB setting on. Never been that into flashy lights but the modes it comes with are cool! I do editing and gaming and whilst I would have liked the number pad, I've gotten used to having just a row of numbers at the top. Looks nice, feels nice, wasn't too expensive. Overall extremely happy! If you're looking to get into mech keyboards this one is the one to get. Endless possibilities. 5 star review.

Did a lot of research to take my first steps into mechanical keyboards after years of typing on low profile laptop keyboards. Keychron's looked like a well-reviewed, well-loved place to start. I chose the K2V2 as I wanted a 75% board and a version that had hot-swappable switches and RGB backlighting (for fun). I was going to go with Brown switches but had to wait longer for delivery so I went with Blue and hoped the click wasn't too annoying. For anyone who was alive when IBM typewriters were around, this thing is still quieter than those, lol. The key feel is fabulously springy and responsive and the clicking is like ASMR music to my ears. I am having a lot of fun playing with the RGB light combinations too. The build quality is excellent and everything worked straight out of the box (connecting to iMac and laptop via bluetooth). If you use multiple Apple devices and have updated operating systems to iOS 16 and Ventura you don't even need to use the 3 available Bluetooth keys as you can just move seamlessly from device to device by whatever magic Apple have built into these updates. I swapped out one of the key caps (there is a choice of black or orange key cap for the lighting button) using the tool provided and it was super easy. I don't feel the need for a wrist rest, but as I am not a touch typist (just a fairly fast hunt-and-peck 6 finger typist) I probably move my hands much more which alleviates repetitive strain risk. I was expecting the transition from Magic Keyboard/laptop keyboard to be more challenging but it feels great immediately. Gotta love a keyboard that has me looking forward to doing my work admin!

Worked straight away with no hassles, using on Windows and the Windows switch worked properly. Appreciate that it came with Windows keycaps. I like to RGB options too. Build feels sturdy and very high quality.

This keyboard is fantastic. Just using it stock standard out of the box it's an exceptional keyboard but if you put a bit of time in modding and upgrading this keyboard is next level. Being hot swappable means that should I wish to change the feel of the keyboard by using different switches I won't have to break out the soldering iron. The convenience of having both wired and bluetooth connectivity is fantastic while working from home. I have it plugged in to my home PC and wirelessly connected to my work PC. This way I can flip between wired and wireless connection depending on which computer I want to use it with. The 75% configuration is perfect for general use while remaining as compact as possible. It provides the convenience of arrow keys which are not on a 60% keyboard and Function keys which are left off of a 65% configuration. On the other end it's smaller than a TKL keyboard while still providing access to a Del key as well as the Pg Up, Pg Dn, Homd and End navigation keys. The aluminium case is like a tank and provides the keyboard with a sturdy weighty feel.

Firstly, I recommend using a wrist rest to make full use of this keyboard. It's my second mechanical keyboard with brown switches and the typing experience is excellent! I have used this full time for 6 months. I have spilled 1 full cup of Tea over the keyboard and it still functions after 1-2 days of drying out. As far as I am concerned this is the most durable, reliable and best typing experience mechanical keyboard I have ever used.
