I ordered this faucet when the maintenance man at my apartment complex replaced my old faucet with one that didn’t have a sprayer. It was annoying trying to clean the sink when I couldn’t get the water up into the corners. It makes hand washing dishes more annoying as well. Rather than pester the maintenance man, I just got a new faucet myself and I have to say, I’m really glad I chose this one. I’ve never replaced a faucet before but the directions that came with this were very clear and it was a very straight forward procedure. The seller was awesome too! They reached out to me immediately and told me to let them know if I needed anything that wasn’t included in the original kit. As luck would have it, I did need some adapters and the plate to cover the unused holes in my sink. They sent out what I needed right away. I’ve been really busy, so I didn’t get a chance to install the faucet until just now. It was very easy to install and even though they could have left it up to me to get the parts I needed from a local hardware store, they went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. 10/10, I would definitely order again.

I bought this to replace a 4 year old Glacier Bay of the exact same type of faucet that had started failing a year ago. The old one internal valve started sticking and was fractured when I took it apart after replacing with this one. I have had no issues with this one. The valve is very smooth and allows you to easily get the flow that you desire. Installation of the old and new were almost identical so it was a snap doing it. Just take a look under the sink and see what connections you currently have. If they are 3/8s then you won't need anything, if they are 5/8s then you can either get an adapter for each line (hot and cold) or just replace the hose from the pex to the faucet. Take pictures of the new one, the old one and what your water lines look like under the sink and go to Home Depot plumbing section and ask one of the workers. They will get you what you need, its easy. So far this has worked very well. Great water flow. The "shower" spray is a tighter pattern than I had before but it is strong and I actually prefer it to the old wide pattern. This faucet is way lighter than my old one and that concerned me. Just don't beat the crap out of it and it should last. It IS made of metal and I verified that with an Ohm meter. If your sink has three holes you will need to get middle hole doodad for it to sit on and a rubber gasket between the doodad and the sink. If your old faucet has one then you can use that just fine. Thats what I did. The soap dispenser was a nice addition and to my amazement actually works. Pretty cool. For the price you can't beat it. I had ZERO leaking issues. Its prices well enough that if it does break in a year I would just get another one of these. The faucets at Home Depot will run 90~300 dollars...which to me... is a NOPE.

The faucet was a replacement for my over $200 faucet that needed to be replaced, and so far this faucet is almost as good as the much more expensive one I had. But for the price, and saving me over $150 , it is a 5 star for me!!!

Looked at big box stores to find a set of taps that on average for the style I wanted were around $250 to $300 for the big brand names, seen this set on Amazon for what seemed a too good to be true price and thought I’d try them.. I was shocked. From getting the box with the taps packaged in precision cut foam to the ease of install and very decent quality of the product I am so happy. Have been using it for 2 weeks with no issues, time will tell!

Faucet arrived with no adaptors. Advertised as 3/8" tails but they're much smaller than that. The plumber couldn't find an adaptor that fits. I messaged the seller who said to buy 3/8" adaptors which is of no help when we already tried that and it didn't fit! So far this is a useless item and I can't use my sink
