This mixer is the 1st I've ever had that doesn't sound like you've got several machines going at once in the kitchen. It's so quiet and no need to talk loudly over the mixer. Does a great job, is light and sturdy!

This mixer is more expensive than the 2 others I purchased from Amazon. The reason I kept looking was because the other two only had two speeds - on and off, in spite of the fact that they said there were several speeds. So, I tried this one. The power does vary, so that's good. It's fairly quiet which is nice. It does not come with stronger blades, and the twisted ones just aren't as strong. Also, it really cannot handle large dishes. So, if you just want something for cakes from boxes and smaller jobs, this will do just fine. At the same time, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have stronger blades and a more powerful motor for this price. This item is so much more expensive than the others, and not much better, imo. What IS better for me is that the speeds actually do vary, which is important to me. So, I'm keeping this one.

Beautiful color, works as expected except beware if you’re going from an older Hamilton Beach mixer as I was, since it might not feel as powerful because there’s not as many speeds and it just doesn’t go that fast overall. So far I don’t think this has been a problem unless it explains my homemade mayo fail, but that very well might be all on me so for now I’ll keep the five star rating. Otherwise mixer works as stated. I’ve had it for a couple months now and used it several times to make cookies and mashed potatoes mostly. It made it through the dough ok, is not overly loud so my toddler isn’t terrified when I use it (which is a big plus!), the beaters go in and out with ease making set-up and clean-up a breeze, and the whole set is lightweight and easily hung up on an s hook in my kitchen so it doesn’t take up much space. In sum, as long as you don’t need those extra higher speeds this mixer has your name written all over it!

So many mixers are fast- and faster.. sending your ingredients flying at the first flip on. This actually has a slow speed so you can gradually begin mixing. It is very quiet, and has been powerful enough for even my thickest recipes. Best mixer I've purchased in years.

This hand mixer works so well! I love be the colour too. It has a good weight to it so it stands up to thick doughs and your hand doesn’t get tired. Cleans up easily and it is nice and compact so it doesn’t take up too much space. I’d buy this again ◡̈
