Its a kitchen essential for anyone who loves cooking meat! With its multi-sided design, it allows you to tenderize different cuts perfectly. The textured surface works wonders on tougher meats, and the solid, heavy-duty construction feels sturdy and well-made. It’s easy to use and clean, making it a great tool for prepping your meals. If you want to elevate your meat dishes, this tenderizer is a must-have!

This is a well made tool. Heads are nicely edged, as to not puncture with sharp corners. Handle is fully integrated, to ensure no breakage. Grip fits the hand, making for a comfortable and secure hold. Its lightweight, but certainly gets the job done. Its easy to control. .

This has helped elevate my meat products. I've used it on steaks and chicken, and you can taste a difference from using it. The quality is good, but we will see if it lasts after many uses. It is easy to use- it is not too heavy, and I use it on my countertops with meat in plastic wrap without damaging anything. It is easy to clean, although I handwash mine and don't put it in the dishwasher. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone on a budget and really needs to get a meat tenderizer.

This pounder does exactly what it’s made to do. It pounds and tenderizes meat well. I use it often to thin out chicken breast for chicken Parmesan. It has a great weight and is easy to hold and maneuver. It also seems like it’ll be durable for years to come. Dishwasher safe, which is a plus.

Seems to be of good quality, and should last forever - not much to go wrong with it. Only slight nit pick is that it's very, very light. For a hammer of sorts, I wish it had a little more mass behind it. That said, it still does the job just fine.

I love this kitchen tool. Weiner schnitzel , breaded cutlets, Milanesa. I am sure that every country and every language has delicious variations on pounded beef, pork, or chicken, breaded, and fried; street sandwiches, and so much more. This hammer/tenderizer is the best. It is beautiful. It is sturdy and high-quality. It is easy to pound out the meat evenly without tears, imperfections and irregularities. In the week after receiving it, I made four or five meals using it. It was a pleasure. My old wooden tool slid its way to the back of the drawer, another hammer hose tenderizing side was too sharp and too deep, also disappeared never to be used again. I have three separate kitchens and three separate houses and I promise that little by little All will contain this mallet.

This is near perfect for my use. I have used it at home in a trial sense and it has the right weight and balance to tenderize meat. It will take up little space on my boat where I intend to use it.

I recently found the KitchenAid Gourmet Multi Sided Meat Tenderizer, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. It's exactly what I've been searching for in a tenderizer. First off, the design is spot on. One side features a textured surface that works perfectly for a variety of meats, ensuring optimal tenderizing with every use. On the opposite side, there's a smooth surface ideal for pounding and flattening cutlets, making it versatile for different cooking techniques. The tenderizer is made from aluminum, which makes it lightweight yet incredibly sturdy and durable. It covers plenty of meat areas without being cumbersome or too heavy to handle. I also appreciate the thoughtful addition of a hang hole in the ergonomic handle, offering convenient storage options in my kitchen. Cleaning is a breeze too, simply hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then rinse and dry immediately. It's low maintenance. This KitchenAid tenderizer ticks all the boxes for me. It's well-designed, effective, easy to clean, and offers convenient storage. If you're in the market for a reliable meat tenderizer, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

I bought this for my mother. Lighter than her previous tool, good ergonomic design for handling too.

El mango de el martillo es bueno y cómodo. No se siente débil al golpe. Muy funcional para romper huesos o aplanar carne. No tiene olor a fierro como otros de baja categoría
