These pads are extremely comfortable and do offer nice cooling features due to the internal gel. However simply installing them, caused the material to rip in several places. I doubt these will last more than a year but for now they work, and are considerably better than the stock earpads.

I got these for my M50x headphones and they work great. They're only slightly larger than the stock ear cups and they're made of a pleasant, almost mesh-like material. Very comfortable. I can wear these for much longer periods of time than the stock cups because they don't trap in as much heat and the padding is thick enough to give your ears some breathing room inside the cup. My ears don't touch the speaker cover anymore, which is really nice since my skin got irritated by the cloth with the stock cups. The only issue that some might have is that it does pretty significantly affect the sound of them, especially if you're an audiophile. I personally don't mind it and actually like it more for some types of music, but overall it's something that I adjusted to in a few days. The bass is less punchy although not any harder to hear/distinguish. The soundstage is widened because the cups are a bit larger, and the material is slightly porous, so the overall sound is more airy. I would definitely recommend these for the Audio Technica M-series, either if you're just looking for a more comfortable set of ear cups or you need replacements. The price is unbeatable for the quality.

I have two pairs of Panasonic RPHT-X7s, but they're well-loved, and the "leather" had worn completely off both. They were also always a little too tight, so I wanted to get replacement pads that were a little larger than the stock. These fit really well and will fit even better once I (carefully) cut some slits in them for the tabs that the RPHT-X7s have inside. Very comfy, much better than the originals for me. Unless you cut slits into them, they will be a tad bit loose, so keep that in mind for best fit (they still went on without though). Also note that this isn't on the manufacturer's model list, so don't bother them about support for this use. If you want something more exact to the RPHT-X7 stock, that's out there. If you want something a little bigger that will breathe better, these are a good choice, and pretty much the only one I could find.

I bought it to replace the original ear cushion for my Audio-Technica ATH-M50x, which lasted about 7 years. The Krone replacement earpads lasted only 15 montsh or so. One of them came off & can't put it back again. The other one is heading the same direction & I expect it to become unusable in the next few months. I realize it costs only $10, but still I would have expected better wear. While it worked it, it was adequate. It goit warm after 4-5 hours of usage & became uncomforatble while I can keep the oriiginal easily for 7-8 hours continuously. I guess you get what you pay for. I will npot be ordering the same brand next time around!
