I'm obsessed with these sheets. I bought a twin size of the blue ticking for my son's bed. He's potty training and we are changing the bed constantly, so I wanted something that would launder well and was relatively inexpensive while still comfy/breathable. This set is far superior to his Target sheets and one cheap synthetic set I bought on Amazon. After washing a few times, it feels so soft and yet sturdy. The laundered blue ticking has that relaxed, homey farmhouse feel to it. I love how they feel so much that I'm buying them in another color for our bed.

I love a good cotton percale. I hadn't replaced the bedding on the twin beds for quite a while, and with 2 toddler grandchildren now out of cribs, it was time to buy new cotton twin sheets for the nights they stay with me. With a preference the cotton be certified organic, especially for the grandkids, I've found a new source in Lane Linen with their GOTS certified 100% Organic Cotton Percale Sheets. At first, I was concerned about the cotton fiber dust and loose threads before I realized I was looking at a Blue Ticking Stripe bag with the fitted sheet and pillowcase inside. I pulled those out to find they were clean after all, and made with quality workmanship - all seams are neat and tight including curves and the elastic installation. I knew the slight rough feel would soften with washing - and, as expected, they've continued to become even softer with repeated washings. There's been no elastic deterioration or shrinking from using hot water (toddlers have accidents,) so the sheet continues to fit the mattress well. The Blue Ticking Stripe is such a classic pattern, I couldn't be happier with this Lane Linen bedding. Thankfully, their percale has very minimal wrinkling - I'm not going to iron sheets and pillowcases like my grandmother and mother used to. Note: The outside label on the bag and the labels on the sheet and pillowcase include Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) labeling. While the Amazon listing says these are OEKO-TEX certified several times, none of the labels include OEKO-TEX certification.

The Lane Linen 100% organic cotton twin fitted sheet 2-piece set is made from a really nice quality fabric. I know some people have mentioned that they didn't know that this set does not include a flat sheet, but I feel that the listing clearly states that in numerous sections. Personally, I don't mind getting just the fitted sheet and the pillowcase. The set arrives in a matching fabric casing that doubles as great storage when it's not in use. I love the farmhouse/cottage ticking stripe to this sheet set because it looks classic and cozy. The fabric isn't as thick or as sturdy as more famous brands, but I do feel that for the price, this is still a nice sheet. By no means will it develop holes within two washes, however. Though it's advertised as a percale weave, it actually isn't as crispy as other percale textiles in my collection. It's a combination of slightly crispy and combed soft cotton (if that description helps anyone). I think this is a nice sheet set with a classic print that looks good for a country, cottage or farmhouse style. It's nice and breathable, and most importantly, it really is 100% cotton which is becoming increasingly rare in a world of synthetic textiles.

For a percale weave, this sheet set feels rougher on my hands than other sheets of the same weave. The fabric is very thin - almost see through and the pattern doesn't even align at the seams. However the elastic on this works great in holding the sheets in place.

This organic sheet/pillow combo is good - it washes up well and isn't scratchy or anything. They are not exceptionally soft but are certainly comfortable - your basic cotton sheet texture and softness. For kids that don't use top sheets, this is a nice option.

Love these sheets—super-soft percale, no static cling like synthetics, and they washed up great with zero shrinkage. Sheet is very thin. I also didn’t read the description and realize it’s just a fitted sheet and pillow case. I’ve never seen a set without a top sheet with it. But the material is extremely thin.
