Nothing but water touches you! This is our first bidet. Very clean and sanitary. Mrs and I have had this unit for about five months. At purchase, we went on the cheaper side to try things out. Turns out, the unit is a great value. That kind of surprised us. Installation is very easy. Moving slow, took less than an hour. The only challenge was caused because our toilet is in a corner. You have to be able to access the water supply at the wall valve, the base of the tank where water enters, and both sides of the bowl. If you can reach the lid bolts and maneuver hand tools, you are good. Turn off water supply, drain tank thoroughly, no mess. The fit on the bowl is not absolutely perfect. Universal installation parts work well enough. Completed, it's tidy and solid. Two turn switches. One for water pressure and the other for water direction. You figure them out very quickly. We put water pressure on full blast then use water direction switch to get the job done. We "park" the nozzle direction switch on nozzle clean at lower right. When the water comes on, no surprises await the user. Cold water. Yep we were concerned about that too. Turns out that has proved a non issue for us. The cold supply works fine. It's no bother at all. So far, unit is holding up well. We plan to buy another. Five stars!

This bidet is super easy to install and does exactly what it’s intended to do. The knob allows for adjustable water pressure, so you can customize it to your preference, and it also has a self-cleaning feature, which is really convenient. However, depending on the water pressure, it can splash onto the toilet seat, so you may need to wipe it down afterward. Despite that, it’s an excellent, affordable option that works well for the price. Highly recommend if you're looking for a budget-friendly bidet!

I never posted a review when I bought this. I honestly had no idea how I'd like it. Especially when it really wasn't that expensive against other products. People warned me that I wouldn't like cold water spraying me in the winter and that cheap ones don't work well. I really never believe 5 start ratings. Especially when people say they just purchased the item. Here's the real truth. The physical installation was simple. I wasn't crazy about my old toilet seat so also ordered the matching toilet seat. I like the soft closing feature on the new toilet seat. The bidet does a great job and the water pressure is fully adjustable. I use to use a lot of toilet paper and now I don't. I've tried to get my wife to use the female position. I'm not sure if she actually ever tried it but said she doesn't want to use it, nor does she like the plastic toilet seat. I bought one for her toilet as well and she doesn't want it. I never installed or returned it. For the install you have to close the water valve under the toilet. Well, mine wouldn't completely shut off. The old valve would still let some water through. I decided it was time to also change the valve. It was soldered on the pipe so I had to go buy a pipe cutter. To do this I had to turn off the water main for the house. That was also not turning off 100% and I decided I wasn't going to break that fitting to replace the main valve. I was going to turn my water off at the street so I began to go on a wild goose chase to find the right pole to turn off that special valve. I was told I needed a special pole that isn't sold at box stores. I ran around to multiple plumbing supply houses until I found one. It wasn't cheap. I later (after all this was done) saw it at Home Depot for 1/3 what I paid. So now I have purchased all these tools and a new shut off valve for my toilet. I shut off all the water to the house from the street and cut off the valve. I don't have enough pipe left sticking out the wall to put the new valve on. I know how to properly do it because years ago I had borrowed a neighbors pipe cutter, was able to turn off the house water, and easily replace her toilet valve. Now I need to keep the house water off and find a plumber. I don't know how to solder a fitting on a pipe. I had to hire a plumber who can come ASAP and pay for a different valve that is the kind you solder on. In the end I had spent several $100. I still recommend this Bidet. If your toilet valve turns off the water the installation was very easy to do in about 30 minutes. I also like it's matching toilet seat. Depending in the location of your toilet seats feet you may not be able to close the seat over the bidet. I wasn't crazy over my seat so just went ahead and ordered theirs. Like I said earlier, I like the plastic as it's easier to keep clean then the old wood one. I really like the soft self close. I've accidentally let other toilet seats slam because I'm now use to mine.

For the price, this is a great bidet attachment. Was easy to install, used a new slow close seat and had no compatibility issues. Do check your fittings on occaision after install for loosening and a drip. (I think it happened when cleanining) Flow rate can be adjusted but even on low its a startling event (!) first thing in the a.m.! Front and rear nozzle options. Fits fine in a small toilet alcove. Will be adding them to our other two bathrooms.

I don’t know what we were doing before installing this, wow what a difference this makes. We have a disabled child that has issues with mobility, now with this, she is more independent and can do by herself and be sure she cleans properly. I have even fallen in love with this, quick washes and fresh feeling. We have reduced our waste, no need for wipes anymore and less paper waste. The price is just right , the water flow is perfect, no leaks yet and it has been installed for over 8 months. Cleaning is easy. Fits good on the toilet, just keeps the seat a little raised but it’s not a big deal. If you want to try this before going for a big fancy one, you won’t regret this purchase, after you can upgrade to a fancier one.

Buenísimo para lavarse el profundamente sin tenerse que tallar como con el papel. Fácil de instalar y sirve para hombres y mujeres. Ahorra en papel de baño. Pensé que se podría tapara con el sarro pero además de que cuenta con un sistema de retrolavado hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien.

Le design est beau, mais à l'installation, le tuyau d'arrivée d'eau est beaucoup trop court. On a du aller acheter au Brico un plus long pour installer. Le reste suit sans problème, l'utilisation est agréable.

Play Video I had used it previously in USA was not sure how well it will work here in India. The order took some time to arrive but it was installled easily by the plumbing guy and works really well.
