First, my issue with misleading descriptions are with Amazon Warehouse as I got mine that way. When I received it, I was missing the hanging bracket and that was not in the listing. The mirror looks great and functions well. Unlike what a prior review said, it is easy to turn on and off with the buttons on the mirror when plugged into an outlet. My complaint is with the size of the anti fog area. It is very small compared to what other mirrors advertise and frankly, the pictures for this mirror don't make that size clear. Still it works well and I like how it looks so it stays in my bathroom.

The mirrow was easy to install. I chose to use the plugin feature rather than the hard wire feature. Unfortunately, the product description was not clear that if you chose this method the only way to turn the product on and off was to plug and unplug the item. It is a real pain because my outlet is under my makeup vanity.

Once again, the product and the entire delivery logistics fully met expectations!

The electrical box and controls are safely protected in a metallic box that is made of the same metal as the frame. That's a nice detail, even though you'll never see it in the daily use. The other technological detail worth mentioning and showing in the back pictures is the de-fogger module. That's the white flat rectangle. It does not get super hot, which is reassuring, but warm enough to avoid condensation. Wow. ✅ The power cable is thick yet surprisingly flexible. This makes it very easy to adapt to any counter or wall plug positioning while maintaining electrical safety. This kind of attention to detail is what I would expect from high-quality and premium devices like this. 👍 ✅ The nice surprise is not very well described in the ad, but I'm showing it in my video and some pictures: there is a lighting behind the frame that adds ambient lighting to the frame. This makes it much easier on the eyes and provides indirect lighting. That's where I think this mirror's design goes above and beyond and that's one of the details that contributes to justify, in my opinion, the 370$cad asked at the moment of writing these lines. *** Installation advice *** 👉 I would recommend discreetly adding a small screw at the top of the miror to handle any accidental upwards contact with the mirror that could take it off its support. That's a samll detail that can make all the difference. 👉 I would also recommend using plastic cable management to elegantly guide the power cable to the outlet. We did and it does work beautifully. The mirror is great and the size I need (24w x 36h) but the glass isn't fitting in the frame correctly. Bottom left the glass fits snug to the corner but bottom right there is a gap and I can see metal shavings and the back of the frame. This isn't right, and will make it a nightmare to keep clean. I couldn't find a way to contact the seller either. I need 2 mirrors but we ordered one just to see if we liked it. We do, but the quality control should be better. The lights are nice and bright and the controls are good considering we were going to hardwire this in.

At $369.00 this seems like way too much for yet another overpriced item. That is what I thought till I received it. I think it is worth every single penny. The construction is super solid. Not a scratch, nick or dent on it. Paint job and finish is 100% perfect. The design has had everything thought through. I couldn’t find any thing wrong with the unit. These days that is impressive. But what is really impressive is how exquisite it looks. More importantly how perfect the lighting is. I built a vanity desk for my wife and wanted something that would be perfect for her. I am ecstatic to find that she says it is perfect. The lighting for her is perfect. It is easy to adjust the color from warm to pure white along with the brightness. My hardest part with a mirror is getting the lights around the mirror to be bright enough without the glare. This mirror has that figured out perfectly. Installation is pretty straightforward. There are slats on the back that make it easy to install on a wall. The back sticks out an inch so it was perfect for making it set in on the back of the vanity. The design of the mirror is modern, but it will fit in with just about any decor. This is a mirror that I feel anyone would be proud to own.
