I was really surprised by how good this cinnamon roll tastes! First off, it arrived super quickly, which was awesome. The portion size is really filling, so it satisfies my hunger and sweet cravings all at once. The cinnamon flavor is spot on !! it actually tastes like a Cinnabon or one of those cinnamon rolls you’d get at a pretzel shop. So, if you’re a fan of those, you’ll love this! Plus, with 22g of protein, it’s a great option if you’re trying to build muscle or just need a quick protein boost. Even if you’re not getting enough protein in your day, just having one or two of these, and you’re good to go. It’s perfect for anyone who loves sweets but also wants to stay on track. No more feeling guilty about cravings , this is the perfect combo of taste and nutrition. Definitely worth trying!

Wow! These exceeded my expectations! It’s packaged nice and came in great shape. The cinnamon bun looks just like the picture on the front of the package. I was expecting a shriveled piece of dry dough with little to no icing but that was not the case. I did not try it straight out the package. It does feel a bit hard right out of the package. I think if I took a bite it would probably crumble on me but I chose to microwave it for 13 seconds which made it super soft and warm! The taste is really nice. I can catch a hint of that whey protein taste but to be honest I think I only taste it slightly because I know it’s made with some sort of protein powder. If someone just handed it to me and I didn’t know any better I wouldn’t think anything of it. I’ve been dieting down for the last three weeks and this is the perfect size to satisfy the sweet tooth and because it’s so dense it is actually pretty filling. All in all, very good treat without blowing out your days calories and the high protein is a plus!

For the macros these taste pretty decent. Though I personally wouldn't buy them again. They are just not worth it for me. They could be a great break from protein bars and such but not like a true roll.

For the amount of calories and protein, its pretty good! Warmed it in the microwave for about 15 seconds and its perfect. Doesnt taste like a real cinnamon roll because it has a different texture but it satisfied my craving. It's the perfect amount of sweet and has a good amount of cinnamon. I would buy them again.

Excited when I saw that this product is high in fiber. I heated it in the microwave for 20 seconds, as I do all cinnamon rolls. My first thought was the texture is off a little, as I expected. After all it is a protein bar, just in cinammon roll form. But, what I didn't expect was the horrible chemical taste. I tried a second bite before tossing it, and the entire box, in the trash. Some people will happily let it slide, but there are homemade protein cinnamon rolls that are delicious, but take a little more work. I'm just not willing to forgo taste when there are plenty of options for high protein snacks that are actually delicious.

First, these are fine. If you don’t expect miracles then you’ll be less disappointed. There is a decent cinnamon flavor but the whole roll is DRY. The icing is flavorless and is mostly there to make you think it has some icing on it. Like others have noted you definitely don’t want to eat these at room temperature. I tend to heat mine at 25 seconds on 50% to get a good and even heating. It helps. But it makes you want to drink something because it is so dry. I expect to try the chocolate variety at some point and hoping it will have more flavor. But as it is with this product, it’s very similar to Quest’s cookies: the shape makes you think you’re getting something that you aren’t.

Legendary Foods was put on my radar after discovering their pop tart style protein treats at my local supermarket. Being a huge fan of the protein pop tarts, I had to try more options from legendary. And let me tell you, these did not disappoint. In the past we could only reach similar macros in a protein bar through inedible chewy hunks of cardboard (I’m looking at you Quest bar). There has been a lot of innovation in the world of protein snacks, but these take the cake (literally!). I had to limit myself to 1 a day because these were so easy to eat. Great way for those on strict diets or fitness journeys to still enjoy a sweet treat. These can be enjoyed both cold out of the bag (my go to) or popped in the microwave for a warm pastry consistency. Artificial sweeteners are usually the name of the game in the protein snack world and sometimes this can make them hard to palate. With that being said, this is not the case for any of the Legendary Food products Ive had the option to try. All in all, these make for a protein treat that ranks high on my list. Hopefully this information is helpful and informative.

For being a "healthy" alternative to a cinnamon roll, these are a viable option. They are a bit more gluey and chewy than a real cinnamon roll but otherwise have a good taste and texture. The real hack is microwaving them for 20-30 seconds, which softens them up and makes them even better. I have taken them on hikes since they are individually wrapped and they are an indulgence at the top of a mountain.

Always appreciate when companies create items that can be enjoyed by people trying to make a lifestyle change but don't want to feel left out or like something's missing. Things like this from legendary make sticking to a lifestyle change way easier as well as being able to feel like you aren't missing out when everyone is indulging in sweets. These obviously aren't exactly like cinnamon rolls but for anyone who enjoys protein products or low sugar, these are yum! Easy to take on the go, large size and almost makes you feel guilty about cheating on your diet or behind your doctor's back lol Please make protein products/health products more affordable. $50 was a splurge but as a mom of 5 certainly couldn't keep up with that. Thank-you for the great product Legendary, hope to try more and give more real reviews for anyone hoping for an honest take. Have lost over 100lbs and still enjoying life thanks to these companies helping fill the void.
